摘要: 介紹了蘇州中信泰富辦公樓超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì). 通過(guò)基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì),使結(jié)構(gòu)能夠滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范要求. 中震作用下對(duì)墻肢拉應(yīng)力進(jìn)行驗(yàn)算,通過(guò)在核心筒四角設(shè)置型鋼來(lái)分擔(dān)超限的墻肢拉力. 采用 SAUSAG 軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行大震作用下動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析,并針對(duì)外框梁不閉合對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的影響進(jìn)行分析,分析結(jié)果表明:構(gòu)件的屈服順序符合結(jié)構(gòu)抗震工程的概念設(shè)計(jì)要求,結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的變形能力,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)預(yù)期的抗震性能目標(biāo). 外框梁角部不閉合對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)整體抗震性能影響較小,框架部分仍可發(fā)揮二道防線的作用.

Structural design of Citic Pacific super high?rise office in Suzhou

Abstract: The structural design of Citic Pacific super high?rise office in Suzhou was introduced. Through theperformance?based seismic design, the structure can meet the requirements of the code. The tensile stress of the wall limbwas checked under the action of moderate earthquake, and the tensile force of the wall limb was shared by setting sectionsteel at the four corners of the core tube. The dynamic elastic?plastic time?history analysis of the structure under largeearthquake was carried out by using SAUSAG software. The influence of the unclosed outer frame beam on the seismicperformance of the structure was analyzed. The analysis show that the yield sequence of the components meets theconceptual design requirements of the structural seismic engineering, and the structure has good deformation capacity andcan achieve the expected seismic performance target. The unclosed corner of the outer frame beam has little effect on theoverall seismic performance of the structure, and the frame part can still play the second line role of the defense.
