摘要: 以某坡地建筑物地下室抗浮失效破壞為例,通過對現(xiàn)場施工及周邊環(huán)境分析得出此坡地建筑地下室抗浮失效的主要原因:一是地下室頂板未及時覆土,導致上部自重荷載不足以抵抗地下室所承受的浮力;二是場地北部道路的修建改變了原有場地的水文地質(zhì)條件和地下水的排泄條件,使擬建場地大氣降水由隨地形面排泄為主,轉(zhuǎn)為垂直下滲沿基巖層面排泄為主;三是擬建場地為挖方區(qū),基坑開挖深度 10 ~ 25m 不等,場地四周坡體經(jīng)開挖后,形成四周高中間低的漏斗形,導致基坑水盆效應突出。 針對該地下室抗浮失效問題,提出了及時進行地下室頂板覆土作業(yè)、設置排水盲溝及泄壓井以及基坑肥槽隔水處理多項治理,成功解決了該項目地下室抗浮失效問題,為類似工程抗浮病害處理及今后抗水板、抗浮設計等提供參考依據(jù)。

Study on cause analysis and treatment measure of anti ̄floating failure ina slope building basement

Abstract: Taking the anti ̄floating failure of a slope building basement as an example, the main reasons for the anti ̄floatingfailure in a slope building basement were obtained through the analysis of the site construction and surrounding environment.Firstly, the roof of the basement was not covered with soil in time, resulting in insufficient self ̄weight load of the upper partto resist the buoyancy of the basement. The second reason is that the construction of the road in the north of the site haschanged the hydrogeological conditions of the original site and the discharge conditions of groundwater, so that the dischargechannel of atmospheric precipitation at the proposed site was changed from the main discharge on the terrain surface to themain discharge from vertical infiltration along the bedrock layer. Thirdly, the proposed site was an excavation area, and theexcavation depth of the foundation pit ranged from 10 to 25m. After excavation of slope body around the site, the slopearound the site forms a funnel ̄shaped shape with high in the surrounding and low in the middle, resulting in basin effect offoundation pit. Aiming at the problem of anti ̄floating failure of the basement, various treatment measures that the soilcovering operation of the basement roof in time, setting up blind drainage ditches and pressure relief wells, and water ̄prooftreatment of the foundation trench were proposed. The problem of anti ̄floating failure in the basement of this project wassuccessfully solved, providing a reference for the treatment of anti ̄floating diseases in similar projects and the design ofanti ̄floating water resistant plate and anti ̄floating in the future.
