摘要: 某項(xiàng)目由于基坑圍護(hù)變形導(dǎo)致主樓工程樁大面積失效,為保證建筑主體安全,需加固主樓基礎(chǔ)。 在分析場(chǎng)地地質(zhì)和原基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了四種樁基處理方案。 基于四種樁基處理方案的特點(diǎn)和適用范圍,并考慮工期的較高要求、周邊地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜及施工方案的安全性、可行度和經(jīng)濟(jì)性,最終選擇全過(guò)程持荷錨桿靜壓鋼管樁方案進(jìn)行樁基處理。 對(duì)此樁基處理方案,創(chuàng)新性地提出了采用分段施工方式,并對(duì)施工過(guò)程中障礙物處理和地下水的控制進(jìn)行了探索。 監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果表明,本工程沉降始終保持穩(wěn)定,此樁基處理方案達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。

Application practice of whole process load ̄bearing anchor static pressure steel ̄pipe pile in thetreatment of complex pile foundation

Abstract: Due to the deformation of foundation pit support, the engineering piles of the main building in a project fail in alarge area. In order to ensure the safety of the main building, the pile foundation of the main building must be strengthened.Based on the analysis of site geology and original foundation design, four pile foundation treatment schemes were putforward. Based on the characteristics and application scope of the four pile foundation treatment schemes, and consideringthe higher requirements of construction period, complex surrounding geological conditions and the safety, feasibility andeconomy of the construction scheme, the scheme of whole process load ̄bearing anchor static pressure steel ̄pipe pile wasfinally selected for pile foundation treatment. For this pile foundation treatment scheme, the section construction method wasinnovatively proposed, and the obstacle treatment and groundwater control in the construction process were explored. Themonitoring results show that the settlement of the project is always stable, and the pile foundation treatment scheme achievesthe expected effect.
