摘要: 空腹梁承載力和撓度受開(kāi)孔率、抗剪鍵尺寸、開(kāi)孔尺寸、孔洞分布、孔洞長(zhǎng)高比等諸多因素的影響。 通過(guò)改變各影響因素,對(duì) 6 根梁進(jìn)行承載力和撓度試驗(yàn),并與 ABAQUS 模擬值進(jìn)行比較。 結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)開(kāi)孔率相同時(shí),將開(kāi)孔由集中分布改為均勻分布、減小孔洞長(zhǎng)高比對(duì)提高空腹梁的承載力和減小撓度效果非常明顯,設(shè)置合理時(shí),其提高程度可達(dá)到 1 倍以上,孔洞長(zhǎng)高比取 2 左右為宜;當(dāng)合理設(shè)置孔洞長(zhǎng)高比、孔洞均勻分布時(shí),空腹梁的彈性承載力可按實(shí)腹梁的 90%左右進(jìn)行估算,空腹梁的橫截面等效慣性矩可取實(shí)腹梁理論慣性矩的 55% ~ 60%進(jìn)行撓度估算;倒角與梁肋交接處為空腹梁的薄弱部位。

Experimental study on the effect of openings on the bearing capacity and deflection of hollow beam

Abstract: There are many factors that affect the bearing capacity and deflection of hollow beam, including opening ratio,shear key size, opening size, holes distribution, length to height ratio of hole, etc. The bearing capacity and deflection of 6beams were tested by setting various parameters, and the results were compared with the emulation results with ABAQUS.The results show that: when the opening ratio is the same, it’s very effective to improve the bearing capacity of beams andreduce the deflection when distributing opening from centralized to uniform, or reducing the length to height ratio of theholes, the improvement degree can be up to 1 time with reasonable settings, the most reasonable length to height ratio isabout 2. When the length to height ratio of hole is reasonably set and the holes are evenly distributed, the elastic bearingcapacity of hollow beam can be estimated according to that of about 90% of solid web beam, the equivalent inertia momentof the hollow beam can be taken as 55% ~ 60% of the theoretical value of the solid web beam for deflection calculation. Thejoint of the chamfering and the rib is the weak part of hollow beams.
