方鋼管混凝土柱 ̄H 型鋼梁外環(huán)板節(jié)點(diǎn)抗剪性能研究

摘 要

摘要: 設(shè)計(jì)了 3 個(gè)方鋼管混凝土柱 ̄H 型鋼梁外環(huán)板節(jié)點(diǎn)試件,通過(guò)低周往復(fù)荷載試驗(yàn),研究節(jié)點(diǎn)抗剪性能。 根據(jù)試驗(yàn)現(xiàn)象和結(jié)果對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)破壞形式、梁端荷載 ̄位移滯回曲線(xiàn)和骨架曲線(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析。 結(jié)果表明試件全部發(fā)生核心區(qū)剪切破壞,主要特征為核心區(qū)鋼管腹板撕裂,隨著軸壓比增加還出現(xiàn)了外環(huán)板與鋼管柱焊縫斷裂的現(xiàn)象。 分析軸壓比對(duì)外環(huán)板節(jié)點(diǎn)抗剪性能的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)軸壓比的增加對(duì)試件的抗剪承載力、延性以及耗能能力基本沒(méi)有影響,但會(huì)增加節(jié)點(diǎn)初始剛度,加劇節(jié)點(diǎn)的剛度退化。 根據(jù) Nishiyama 和聶建國(guó)提出的節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力不同的計(jì)算方法,進(jìn)行了理論值的計(jì)算,并與試驗(yàn)值進(jìn)行了比較,結(jié)果表明極限承載力理論值吻合較好,屈曲承載力理論值偏于保守。

Abstract: Three external diaphragm joints specimens of concrete ̄filled square steel tube column ̄H steel beam weredesigned to study the shear performance of joint under cyclic loading. According to the test phenomenon and result, thefailure form of the joint, the load ̄displacement hysteresis curve and the skeleton curve at the end of the beam wereanalyzed. The results show that all the specimens had shear failure in the core area, and the main feature is the tearing ofthe steel tube web in the core area. With the increase of axial compression ratio, the phenomenon of weld fracture ofexternal diaphragm and steel column also appeared. The influence of the axial compression ratio on the shear performance ofthe external diaphragm joints was analyzed, and it is found that the increase of axial compression ratio has little effect on theshear capacity, ductility and energy dissipation capacity of the specimen, but it will increase the initial stiffness of the jointand aggravate the stiffness degradation of the joint. According to different calculation methods proposed by Nishiyama andNie Jianguo, the theoretical value had calculated and compared them with experimental values. The results show that thetheoretical value of ultimate bearing capacity is in good agreement, and the theoretical value of buckling bearing capacity isconservative.
