軸壓荷載下中空夾層鋼管混凝土抗扭性能試驗(yàn)研究?

摘要: 以軸壓比及截面尺寸為參數(shù),對(duì) 12 個(gè)中空夾層鋼管混凝土試件進(jìn)行壓 ̄扭試驗(yàn),并結(jié)合數(shù)值模型分析了扭轉(zhuǎn)全過(guò)程截面剪應(yīng)變開(kāi)展及鋼管與夾層混凝土相互作用力。 結(jié)果表明:較小的軸向壓力對(duì)極限抗扭承載力及扭轉(zhuǎn)剛度均影響甚微,所有試件均表現(xiàn)出較好的延性。 承載力受外鋼管強(qiáng)度影響較大,受混凝土強(qiáng)度影響較小,夾層混凝土對(duì)組合抗扭強(qiáng)度提高的作用隨含鋼率的增大而減小。 扭轉(zhuǎn)全過(guò)程截面不同位置處應(yīng)變開(kāi)展曲線重合度高,表明全截面約束均勻且變形一致。 夾層混凝土剪應(yīng)力隨著與截面中心距離的增大而增大,外鋼管與夾層混凝土相互作用力相較于內(nèi)鋼管要大得多,二者均表現(xiàn)為加載初期增長(zhǎng)較快,隨后逐漸變緩,外鋼管屈服后增幅趨近于 0。

Experimental study on torsional behavior of concrete ̄filled double skin steel tubes under axial load

Abstract: With the axial compression ratio and section size as parameters, the compression ̄torsion test of 12 concrete ̄filleddouble skin steel tube specimens was carried out, and the cross ̄section shear strain development during the whole torsionprocess and the interaction force between the steel tube and the sandwich concrete were analyzed combined with thenumerical model. The results show that the small axial pressure has little effect on the ultimate torsional bearing capacityand torsional stiffness, and all the specimens show good ductility. The bearing capacity is greatly affected by the strength ofthe outer steel tube and less by the strength of the concrete, and the effect of sandwich concrete on the improvement of thecombined torsional strength decreases with the increase of the steel ratio. The strain development curve at different positionsof the cross section during the whole torsion process has a high degree of overlap, which indicates that the full cross sectionhas uniform constraints and uniform deformation. And the shear stress of the sandwich concrete increases with the distancefrom the center of the cross section. The interaction force between the outer steel tube and the sandwich concrete is muchlarger than that of the inner steel tube, both of which show a rapid increase in the initial loading and a gradual slowdownlater, and the increase rate is close to 0 after outer steel tube yielding.
