摘要: 新型環(huán)氧樹脂混凝土裝配式桁架結(jié)構(gòu)由新型環(huán)氧樹脂混凝土材料制作而成。 選取新型環(huán)氧樹脂混凝土桁架結(jié)構(gòu)中具有代表性的上弦 K 型節(jié)點為研究對象,采用數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)法進行全程試驗數(shù)據(jù)及圖像采集,研究了桁架結(jié)構(gòu)上弦 K 型節(jié)點的破壞形態(tài)及極限承載力。 采用 ABAQUS 軟件對新型環(huán)氧樹脂混凝土桁架結(jié)構(gòu)上弦K 型節(jié)點進行計算分析,通過與試驗研究結(jié)果對比,驗證了有限元模擬的可行性和有效性。 結(jié)果表明,新型環(huán)氧樹脂混凝土桁架結(jié)構(gòu)上弦 K 型節(jié)點在核心區(qū)域沿 45°呈“八”字形破壞,右側(cè)腹桿端部表面混凝土剝落,鋼筋屈服;上弦 K 型節(jié)點核心區(qū)域較強,破壞極限承載力達到 579. 6kN。 體現(xiàn)了新型環(huán)氧樹脂混凝土材料作為結(jié)構(gòu)材料的優(yōu)勢。

Test and finite element analysis of upper chord K ̄type joint of a new epoxy resin concreteprefabricated truss structure

Abstract:The new epoxy resin concrete prefabricated truss structure is made of new epoxy resin concrete material. Therepresentative upper chord K ̄type joint in the new epoxy resin concrete truss structure was selected as the research object,and the digital image correlation method was used to collect the whole test data and image, and the failure form and ultimatebearing capacity of the upper chord K ̄type joint of the truss structure were studied. The ABAQUS software was used tocalculate and analyze the upper chord K ̄type joint of the new epoxy resin concrete truss structure, and the feasibility andthe validity of the finite element simulation was verified by comparing with the experimental research results. The resultsshow that the upper chord K ̄type joint of the new epoxy resin concrete truss structure is damaged in an " eight" shape along45° in the core area. The surface of the end surface of the right web member is peeled off, and the steel bar yields. Theupper chord K ̄type joint has a strong core area. The ultimate failure bearing capacity reaches 579. 6kN, and the result ofthe upper chord K ̄type joint meets the specification requirements. The new epoxy concrete material has advantages as astructural material.
