摘要: 采用校正的有限元法(FEM)對一字型、十字型和十字帶側(cè)翼緣型剪力連接件(CB ̄type)的抗剪承載力和破壞模式進(jìn)行了分析。 基于對比上述三種剪力連接件的極限承載力、應(yīng)力和混凝土損傷得到十字帶側(cè)翼緣型剪力連接件的力學(xué)性能最優(yōu),建議將其優(yōu)先用于彎剪分離的裝配式混凝土梁 ̄耗能段組合節(jié)點(diǎn)中。 進(jìn)一步對十字帶側(cè)翼緣型剪力連接件力學(xué)性能的影響因素進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果表明:各模型的混凝土損傷區(qū)域和損傷深度均較小,具有承載能力高、變形小、預(yù)定荷載作用下混凝土損傷極小的優(yōu)點(diǎn);增大混凝土強(qiáng)度可有效提高十字帶側(cè)翼緣型剪力連接件的承載力,并且在預(yù)定荷載下,可有效降低混凝土損傷值;十字帶側(cè)翼緣型剪力連接件長度和兩側(cè)翼緣板高度對十字帶側(cè)翼緣型剪力連接件的混凝土損傷無明顯影響。

Research on shear bearing capacity for cross ̄bilinear ̄type shear connector

Abstract: The shear bearing capacity and failure mode of linear ̄type shear connector, cross ̄type shear connector andcross ̄bilinear ̄type (CB ̄type) shear connector were detail analyzed by using verified finite element method (FEM). Basedon the comparison of the ultimate bearing capacity, stress and concrete damage of the above three types of shear connector,it is concluded that the mechanical properties of CB ̄type shear connector is the best, and it is recommended that it shouldbe preferentially used in the prefabricated reinforced concrete beam ̄energy ̄dissipation composite joint with bending ̄shearseparation. The influencing factors of the mechanical properties of CB ̄type shear connector were further researched, and theresults indicate that the damage zone and damage depth of concrete for all designed models are both small, which have theadvantage of high bearing capacity, little deformation and little concrete damage at predefined load. In addition, the bearingcapacity of CB ̄type shear connector will be effectively improved by increasing the concrete strength, while reduce theconcrete damage degree at predefined load. The shear connector length and end vertical flange height have no obviousimpact on the concrete damage of CB ̄type shear connector.
