預(yù)制混凝土疊合樓板新型連接構(gòu)造的力學(xué)性能研究?

摘 要

摘要: 對四個采用不同連接構(gòu)造裝配制作的預(yù)制混凝土疊合板試件進(jìn)行單調(diào)靜力加載試驗,研究試件的破壞形態(tài)、承載極限等力學(xué)性能,并進(jìn)行有限元分析。 結(jié)果表明:各試件均經(jīng)歷彈性階段、彈塑性階段及破壞階段,屬于延性破壞,試件承載力均達(dá)到設(shè)計預(yù)期,與現(xiàn)澆試件理論計算的承載力相當(dāng);所有試件的破壞位置均出現(xiàn)在連接區(qū)域之外的斷面,并非在跨中位置,實(shí)現(xiàn)了節(jié)點(diǎn)處“強(qiáng)連接”的目標(biāo);鋼筋 U 型連接以及側(cè)面開槽封閉環(huán)筋搭接連接構(gòu)造的鋼筋均能實(shí)現(xiàn)有效錨固;疊合板的預(yù)制層可與后澆層協(xié)同工作。

Research on mechanical properties of prefabricated concrete composite floor with new connection

Abstract: The monotonic static loading test was carried out on four prefabricated concrete composite slab specimensassembled with different connection structures, and the mechanical properties such as the failure form and bearing limit ofthe specimen were studied and finite element analysis was carried out. The results show that each specimen has undergonean elastic stage, an elastoplastic stage and a failure stage, which belong to the ductile failure. The bearing capacity of thespecimen has reached the design expectation, which is equivalent to the theoretical calculation of the cast ̄in ̄placespecimen. The damage position of all specimens appear on the cross section outside the connection area, not at themid ̄span position, achieve the goal of “strong connection” at the node. The steel bar U ̄shaped connection and the steel barwith the side slotted closed ring bar lap connection structure can achieve effective anchorage. The prefabricated layer of thelaminated board can work with the post ̄cast layer.
