異形邊界單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)找形與分析

摘要: 珠海市橫琴新區(qū)某商業(yè)項目中庭單層網(wǎng)殼邊界為多段圓弧構(gòu)成的異形邊界,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計采用力學找形方法確定網(wǎng)殼形態(tài),滿足建筑效果的同時賦予建筑形態(tài)物理力學意義. 對幾何找形和力學找形單層網(wǎng)殼的極限穩(wěn)定承載力和應(yīng)變能進行分析與比較. 結(jié)果表明,在本工程的異形邊界條件下,無論是幾何找形還是力學找形單層網(wǎng)殼,半跨分布的荷載對結(jié)構(gòu)受力都更加不利. 在滿跨和半跨不同的荷載分布情況下,力學找形單層網(wǎng)殼都具有更高的極限穩(wěn)定承載能力,但力學找形單層網(wǎng)殼對初始缺陷更加敏感,同時也發(fā)現(xiàn)力學找形單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)變能比幾何找形單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)更低,說明力學找形單層網(wǎng)殼的結(jié)構(gòu)剛度更大,承載效率更高.

Structural form-finding and analysis for the single-layer latticed shell withspecial-shaped boundary

Abstract: The boundary of the single-layer latticed shell in the atrium of a commercial project in Zhuhai Hengqin NewDistrict is a special-shaped boundary formed by multiple arcs. The structural design adopts a mechanical form-findingmethod to determine the form of the latticed shell, which satisfies the architectural effect and gives the building form aphysical and mechanical meaning. The ultimate stability bearing capacity and strain energy of geometric form-finding andmechanical form-finding single-layer latticed shells were analyzed and compared. The results show that under thespecial-shaped boundary conditions of this project, whether it is geometric form-finding or mechanical form-findingsingle-layer latticed shell, the half-span distributed load is more unfavorable to the structural force. Below the different loaddistributions in the full-span and half-span, mechanical form-finding single-layer latticed shells have higher ultimatestability bearing capacity, but mechanical form-finding single-layer latticed shells are more sensitive to initial defects. Atthe same time, it is also found that the strain energy of mechanical form-finding single-layer latticed shells is higher thanthat of geometric from-finding single-layer latticed shells, which indicates that the structural rigidity of the mechanicalform-finding single-layer latticed shells is greater and the load-bearing efficiency is higher.
