摘要: 青島藍(lán)色中心酒店項(xiàng)目存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、凹凸不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、局部穿層柱等不規(guī)則項(xiàng),屬于超限高層建筑. 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)過程中,進(jìn)行了小震彈性分析和大震動力彈塑性分析,針對結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱部位采取了一系列有效的加強(qiáng)措施. 采用基于性能的設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計(jì),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期的 D 級抗震性能目標(biāo). 同時(shí)還對網(wǎng)殼屋蓋與主體結(jié)構(gòu)的連接方案進(jìn)行了分析比較,采用了彈性支座的弱連接方式,減小了網(wǎng)殼的跨中撓度,并且使水平推力相對較“均勻”地傳遞給下部結(jié)構(gòu). 對超長結(jié)構(gòu)樓蓋進(jìn)行了溫度應(yīng)力分析,對溫度應(yīng)力較大部位的樓板進(jìn)行了加厚處理,并根據(jù)溫度應(yīng)力計(jì)算結(jié)果對樓板配筋進(jìn)行了加強(qiáng).

Structural design of Qingdao Blue Center Hotel

Abstract: Qingdao Blue Center Hotel project with irregular items such as torsional irregularity, concave and convexirregularity, floor discontinuity, partial crossing column and so on, belongs to the out-of-code high-rise building. In theprocess of structural design, the elastic analysis of small earthquakes and the dynamic elasto-plastic analysis of largeearthquakes were carried out. A series of effective measures were taken to strengthen the weak parts of the structure. Theperformance-based design method was adopted for structural seismic design, which can achieve the expected D-classseismic performance target. At the same time, the connection scheme between the reticulated shell roof and the mainstructure was analyzed and compared. The weak connection mode of elastic support was adopted, which reduces themid-span deflection of the reticulated shell and makes the horizontal thrust transfer to the substructure relatively evenly. Thetemperature stress analysis was carried out on the super long structure floor, and the slabs in the parts with high temperaturestress were thickened, and the reinforcements of the slabs were reinforced according to the results of temperature stresscalculation.
