奧克斯杭州未來科技城項(xiàng)目超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與分析?

摘要: 奧克斯杭州未來科技城項(xiàng)目為大型商業(yè)、辦公、酒店建筑,由一幢 59 層的超高層塔樓以及 6 層商業(yè)裙房組成. 塔樓采用矩形鋼管混凝土柱+鋼框架梁+鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,利用設(shè)備層和避難層設(shè)置三個(gè)環(huán)帶腰桁架. 由于建筑使用功能及客觀條件的限制,結(jié)構(gòu)存在高度超限、偏心布置、樓板大開洞、受剪承載力突變、斜柱、穿層柱等不規(guī)則項(xiàng),屬于體型不規(guī)則超限高層結(jié)構(gòu). 針對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的不規(guī)則性,采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行多遇地震作用下的彈性分析、設(shè)防地震作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)驗(yàn)算、罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性分析等,并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位提出相應(yīng)的抗震加強(qiáng)措施,使結(jié)構(gòu)總體上達(dá)到了預(yù)期的 C 級(jí)抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)的要求,另外對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了施工模擬和收縮徐變的影響分析,為后續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)和施工提供了參考及依據(jù).

Structural design and analysis on an out-of-code high-rise building of AUX project inFuture Sci-Tech City of Hangzhou

Abstract: The AUX project in Future Sci-Tech City of Hangzhou is a large-scale building integrating commerce, officeand hotel, which consists of a super high-rise tower building with 59 floors and a commercial podium building with 6floors. The structural system of the tower building is composed of concrete-filled rectangular steel tubular columns,steel frame beams, reinforced concrete corewall and three ring belt waist trusses arranged on mechanical floors andrefuge floors. Due to the limitation of architecture functions and objective conditions, there are structural irregularitiessuch as out-of-code height, eccentrically arrangement, large opening in the floor, abrupt change in shear bearingcapacity, inclined columns, through-story columns, etc. , and the structure belongs to the out-of-code high-risestructure with irregular shapes. Aiming at the irregularity of the structure, the performance-based seismic design wasadopted to perform elastic analysis under the action of frequent earthquakes, structural check calculations under theaction of fortification earthquakes, and elasto-plastic analysis under the action of rare earthquakes. And correspondingseismic strengthening measures were proposed for weak parts of the structure. So that the structure could meet therequirements of the expected C-level seismic performance design target in general. In addition, construction simulationand analysis of the impact of shrinkage and creep were carried out on the structure, providing reference and basis forsubsequent design and construction.
