基于中、美、德三國(guó)規(guī)范的大型汽輪機(jī)彈性基礎(chǔ)動(dòng)力響應(yīng)對(duì)比分析?

摘要: 目前各國(guó)規(guī)范中對(duì)于汽輪機(jī)彈性基礎(chǔ)動(dòng)力響應(yīng)計(jì)算的規(guī)定并不相同. 以某大型汽輪機(jī)彈性基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)比分析了中國(guó)《動(dòng)力機(jī)器基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》 (GB 50040—96) (簡(jiǎn)稱中國(guó)動(dòng)力規(guī)范) 、中國(guó)《 汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組彈簧隔振基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)程》 ( T / CSEE 0067—2018) (簡(jiǎn)稱中國(guó)隔振規(guī)程) 、美國(guó)《大型汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)基座設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則》 ( ASCE)(簡(jiǎn)稱美國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則) 、德國(guó)《動(dòng)力設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》 ( DIN 4024) ( 簡(jiǎn)稱德國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)) 4 本規(guī)范轉(zhuǎn)子激勵(lì)擾力取值、結(jié)構(gòu)阻尼比取值、結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力響應(yīng)及其隔振效率的區(qū)別. 結(jié)果表明 4 本規(guī)范轉(zhuǎn)子豎向和橫向擾力幅值取值相同,但大小不同;阻尼比取值中國(guó)動(dòng)力規(guī)范最大,其次為中國(guó)隔振規(guī)程,美國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則與德國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相同且最小;彈性基礎(chǔ)動(dòng)力響應(yīng)變化趨勢(shì)一致,但響應(yīng)幅值不一,在穩(wěn)態(tài)階段豎向峰值位移由大到小依次為美國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則、中國(guó)動(dòng)力規(guī)范、德國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和中國(guó)隔振規(guī)程;隔振效率 4 本規(guī)范的理論和數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果均達(dá)到 90%以上,其中中國(guó)動(dòng)力規(guī)范稍小、理論計(jì)算結(jié)果較數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果偏大.

Comparative analysis of dynamic response of large steam turbine elastic foundation basedon Chinese, American and Germany standards

Abstract: At present, the regulations on the calculation of the elastic foundation dynamic response of steam turbines are notthe same in various national codes. The elastic foundation structure of a large steam turbine was took as the research object,rotor excitation disturbance force value, structural damping ratio selection value, structure dynamic response and itsvibration isolation efficiency of Chinese Power Machinery Foundation Design Code (GB 50040—96) ( referred to as Chinesedynamic code) , Chinese Spring Vibration Isolation Foundation Design Code of Steam Turbine Generator Set ( T / CSEE0067—2018) ( referred to as Chinese vibration isolation code ) , American Large Steam Turbine Generator Base DesignGuidelines(ASCE) ( referred to as the American design guide) , Germany Power Equipment Basic Design Standard ( DIN4024) ( referred to as the Germany design standard) four regulations were compared and analyzed. The results show thatthe rotor vertical and lateral disturbance amplitude values of the four regulations are the same, but the magnitudes aredifferent. The damping ratio is the largest in Chinese dynamic code, followed by the Chinese vibration isolation code, andthe American design guide are the same as the Germany design standard and the smallest. The dynamic response of theelastic foundation has the same changing trend, but the response amplitude is different. The magnitude of the vertical peakdisplacement in the steady-state phase is descending order of the American design guide, the Chinese dynamic code, theGermany design standard and the Chinese vibration isolation code; the four regulations of vibration isolation efficiency onthe theoretical and numerical calculation results both reached more than 90%. Among them, the Chinese dynamic code isslightly smaller, and the theoretical calculation results are larger than the numerical calculation results.
