摘要: 基于檢測(cè)鑒定的工程實(shí)踐和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提出適當(dāng)減少泵送混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度檢測(cè)批抽樣數(shù)量及測(cè)區(qū)數(shù)量、不考慮混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度老齡期折減修正系數(shù)的結(jié)論和建議，提出了適當(dāng)減少砌筑砂漿抗壓強(qiáng)度測(cè)位數(shù)量和增大測(cè)區(qū)面積的建議，對(duì)懸挑板提出了采用聯(lián)合驗(yàn)收指標(biāo)解決工程中雖滿足各個(gè)單一指標(biāo)但承載力較大下降的問題，最后提出了考慮結(jié)構(gòu)損傷普查結(jié)果、依據(jù)裂縫寬度對(duì)承載力驗(yàn)算復(fù)核結(jié)果進(jìn)行適當(dāng)折減的結(jié)論和建議。 這些結(jié)論、建議和方法能解決實(shí)際工程問題，又具有較好的可操作性。

Abstract: Based on the engineering practice and experience of inspection and appraisal， the conclusions and suggestions ofreducing the sampling number and the number of testing areas for the compressive strength of pumping concrete was putforward， and the reduction correction coefficient of the compressive strength of the aged concrete was not consided. Thesuggestions of reducing the number of measuring points of the compressive strength of masonry mortar and increasing thearea of the testing area and the joint acceptance index to solve the problem were put forward. The conclusion and suggestionthat the checking result of bearing capacity should be appropriately reduced according to the results of structural damagesurvey and crack width were put forward in the end. These conclusions， suggestions and methods not only have goodoperability， but also can solve practical engineering problems.
