摘要: 開展了 3 根圓臺(tái)形鋼管混凝土短柱和 1 根圓柱形鋼管混凝土短柱軸壓試驗(yàn),保持核心混凝土中部截面直徑不變,以鋼管混凝土短柱核心混凝土上表面與下表面直徑比 α 為試驗(yàn)主要研究參數(shù),對短柱的破壞特征和軸壓力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了分析。 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:圓臺(tái)形鋼管混凝土短柱最終破壞形態(tài)為上端部鋼管鼓屈,鋼管與核心混凝土發(fā)生分離,試驗(yàn)過程中核心混凝土產(chǎn)生裂縫最終被壓碎,α 越大,核心混凝土加載后形態(tài)保留越完整;圓臺(tái)形鋼管混凝土短柱和圓柱形鋼管混凝土短柱的軸向荷載 ̄應(yīng)變曲線基本相同,圓臺(tái)形鋼管混凝土柱具有較大的延性;短柱的極限承載力隨著 α 的增大而增大。 基于鋼管屈服準(zhǔn)則利用極限平衡靜力法推導(dǎo)了考慮 α 和鋼管內(nèi)壁與地面夾角 θ 的圓臺(tái)形鋼管混凝土短柱軸壓極限承載力計(jì)算公式,并驗(yàn)證了公式的合理性。

Axial compression behavior of round ̄shaped concrete ̄filled steel tube short columns

Abstract: Axial compression tests were performed on 3 round ̄shaped concrete ̄filled steel tube short columns and 1cylindrical concrete ̄filled steel tube short column, keeping the diameter of central section of core concrete unchanged, andusing the diameter ratio α of upper and lower surface of core concrete of concrete ̄filled steel tube short column as the mainresearch parameter. The failure characteristics and axial compressive mechanical properties of short columns were analyzed.The test results show that the final failure shape of the round ̄shaped concrete ̄filled steel tube short column is the upper endsteel tube bulge, and the steel tube is separated from the core concrete. The core concrete crack during the tests and iseventually crushed, and the larger the α, the more complete the shape retention of the core concrete after testing. The axialload ̄strain curves of the round ̄shaped concrete ̄filled steel tube short column and the cylindrical concrete ̄filled steel tubeshort column are basically the same, and the round ̄shaped concrete ̄filled steel tube short column has a large ductility; theultimate bearing capacity of the short column increases with the increase of α. The ultimate equilibrium static force methodbased on the steel tube yield criterion was used to derive the formula for calculating the axial ultimate bearing capacity of around ̄shaped concrete ̄filled steel tube short column considering the α and the angle θ between the inner wall of the steeltube and the ground, and the rationality of the formula was verified.
