摘要: 大型鋼筒倉(cāng)結(jié)構(gòu)在復(fù)雜荷載作用下,其倉(cāng)壁將承受較大的豎向荷載,當(dāng)倉(cāng)壁豎向壓應(yīng)力大于所能承受的臨界應(yīng)力時(shí),鋼筒倉(cāng)就會(huì)發(fā)生失穩(wěn)破壞。 以«鋼筒倉(cāng)技術(shù)規(guī)范» (GB 50884—2013)為依據(jù),運(yùn)用有限元軟件 SAP2000對(duì)架空式錐底鋼筒倉(cāng)的 5 組不同壁厚模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,其中部分模型利用豎向短肋在筒倉(cāng)底部形成加強(qiáng)區(qū)。 通過(guò)對(duì)不同模型中臨界應(yīng)力、豎向壓應(yīng)力、徑向位移的分析比較,說(shuō)明在鋼筒倉(cāng)結(jié)構(gòu)中設(shè)置底部加強(qiáng)區(qū),可以有效提高筒倉(cāng)結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性能、降低鋼筒倉(cāng)的豎向壓應(yīng)力。 對(duì)鋼筒倉(cāng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型的計(jì)算分析的結(jié)果表明,鋼筒倉(cāng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)安全可靠,滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求。

Design method and exploration of steel silo based on SAP2000

Abstract:The silo wall of large steel silo structure will bear a large vertical load under complex loads, when the verticalcompressive stress of the silo wall is greater than the critical stress can bear, the steel silo will occur instability failure.Based on Technical specification for steel silos ( GB 50884—2013), finite element software SAP2000 was adopted tocalculate and analyze five groups of different wall thickness models of overhead cone bottom steel silos, some of the modelsuse vertical short ribs to form a reinforcement area at the bottom of the silo. Through the analysis and comparison of criticalstress, vertical compressive stress and radial displacement of different models, it shows that the stability of the silo structurecan be effectively improved and the vertical compressive stress of the silo can be reduced by setting the bottom strengtheningzone. The calculation and analysis results of the steel silo structure model show that the design of the steel silo structure issafe, reliable, and can meet the design requirements.
