摘 要

摘要: 萍鄉(xiāng)奧體中心體育場由看臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋組成。 看臺(tái)采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),支承鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋的柱由鋼管柱向下過渡為鋼管混凝土疊合柱、鋼筋混凝土柱從而優(yōu)化基礎(chǔ);鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋采用樹狀分杈柱支承的鋼管桁架結(jié)構(gòu),屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)由徑向桁架、環(huán)向桁架、格柵桁架及支撐等部分構(gòu)成。 詳細(xì)介紹了體育場看臺(tái)及鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋的荷載取值和主要構(gòu)件的典型截面;對(duì)看臺(tái) 2 層超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行溫度應(yīng)力分析,并根據(jù)分析結(jié)果提出了相應(yīng)的防裂措施;采用 SAP2000 軟件對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋進(jìn)行了考慮幾何非線性及材料非線性的雙非線性整體穩(wěn)定性分析;對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋進(jìn)行了抗連續(xù)倒塌分析;采用 ANSYS 軟件對(duì)分杈柱節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了有限元分析。 分析結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范的要求;鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋具有適當(dāng)?shù)目惯B續(xù)倒塌能力;分杈柱節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造安全可靠。

Structural design of stadium of Pingxiang Olympic Sports Center

Abstract: The stadium of Pingxiang Olympic Sports Center consists of a stand structure and a steel structure roof. The standadopted a reinforced concrete frame structure,and the columns supporting the steel structure roof were transitioneddownward from steel tube columns to steel tube concrete laminated columns and reinforced concrete columns to optimize thefoundation of optimization. The steel structure roof adopted a steel tube truss structure supported by tree ̄like bifurcatedcolumns. The roof structure was composed of radial trusses,ring trusses,grid trusses and supports. The load values of thestadium stands and the steel structure roof and the typical cross ̄sections of the main components were introduced in detail.The temperature stress analysis of the 2 ̄story super ̄long concrete structure of the stand was carried out,and thecorresponding anti ̄cracking measures were put forward based on the analysis results. The overall stability analysis of thesteel structure roof with dual nonlinearity considering geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity was analyzed usingSAP2000 software. The continuous collapse resistance analysis of the steel structure roof was carried out. The finite elementanalysis of the bifurcated column joint was carried out using ANSYS software. The analysis results show that the variousindicators of the structure meet the requirements of relevant codes; and the steel structure roof has an appropriate ability toresist continuous collapse.The structure of the bifurcated column joint is safe and reliable.
