180m 高多功能隧道通風(fēng)塔結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

摘要: 上海某過江隧道通風(fēng)塔高 180m,同時具有隧道通風(fēng)、旅游觀光、餐飲商務(wù)等多種功能和業(yè)態(tài),是一種新型的建筑形式。 該通風(fēng)塔平面接近正圓形,中央核心筒接近橢圓形,采用混凝土筒體+懸挑樓板+幕墻網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)體系,幕墻采用懸掛式滑動柱面網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)。 詳細闡述了該通風(fēng)塔的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計思路、設(shè)計方法、設(shè)計難點和解決方案;比較了通風(fēng)塔主體結(jié)構(gòu)風(fēng)洞試驗和規(guī)范風(fēng)荷載作用下的樓層剪力、彎矩的差異,并分析了前者遠大于后者的原因;給出了 YJK、ETABS 和 SAP2000 等多種軟件分析得到的主體和幕墻結(jié)構(gòu)的主要計算結(jié)果,以及采用 ABAQUS 軟件進行罕遇地震動力彈塑性分析的結(jié)果。 結(jié)果表明,該通風(fēng)塔結(jié)構(gòu)在各種工況下均足夠安全。 最后,總結(jié)了設(shè)計過程中的經(jīng)驗并進行了幾點思考,提出了對同類型建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計建議。

Structural design of a 180m height tunnel ventilation tower with multiple business formats

Abstract: A 180m height tower in Shanghai services mainly as ventilation for the underground tunnel system, andprovides additional functions such as tourism, and catering business, which makes it be a new type of architectural form.The section plane of the ventilation tower is close to circular, and its core tube section plane is close to ellipse. Concretecore tube + cantilever floors + suspended latticed shell of curtain wall structural systems are adopted, and the curtain wall iscomposed of several suspended sliding cylindrical shell structures. The structural design ideas, design methods, designdifficulties and solutions of the ventilation tower were elaborated in detail. The difference between the story shear force andbending moment under the wind load form from wind tunnel experiment and from the code was compared, and the reasonswhy the former is far greater than the latter was analyzed. The main calculation results of the main body and curtain wallstructure obtained by the analysis of various software such as YJK, ETABS and SAP2000, as well as the results of thedynamic elastoplastic analysis of rare earthquakes using ABAQUS software were given. The results show that the ventilationtower structure is sufficiently safe under various working conditions. Finally, the experience in the design process wassummarized and some thoughts were made, and the structural design suggestions for the same type of buildings were putforward.
