某 TOD 商務(wù)區(qū)辦公樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 某 TOD 商務(wù)區(qū)辦公樓地塊項(xiàng)目由大底盤地下室、上部多層商業(yè)及 3 棟高層辦公樓組成,結(jié)構(gòu)出地面部分設(shè)置 3 道結(jié)構(gòu)縫,將塔樓與裙房分開。 以 A 塔樓為例進(jìn)行方案比選,對(duì)比分析結(jié)果表明:鋼管混凝土框架 ̄混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系可有效增大辦公區(qū)內(nèi)部的凈高空間,減小外框架柱尺寸,提高裝配率,施工周期短,建造成本可控,適合此類高層辦公樓選用。 A、B 兩棟塔樓之間的連廊采用兩端滑動(dòng)的方式擱置在塔樓屋頂層,支座采用鉛芯橡膠支座。 計(jì)算分析了多種工況作用下連廊與下部塔樓之間的相對(duì)位移,分析結(jié)果表明:罕遇地震作用下,連廊與主樓之間的相對(duì)位移未超出鉛芯橡膠支座允許滑移量。 風(fēng)荷載作用下,鉛芯橡膠支座滑移量處在一個(gè)較小的范圍以內(nèi)。介紹了南北兩個(gè)地塊之間懸索屋頂?shù)倪B橋結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件布置方式,并分析了其在典型工況下的索力變化,分析結(jié)果表明:吊索施工時(shí),應(yīng)以控制索長(zhǎng)為主,索力為輔。

Structural design on an office building of TOD business district

Abstract: A TOD business district office building is composed of a large chassis basement, upper multi ̄storey commercialbuilding and three high ̄rise office buildings. Three structure cracks were set out of the ground to separate the tower from thepodium. Taking tower A as an example for scheme comparison, the analysis results show that concrete filled steel tube(CFST) frame ̄concrete core tube structure can effectively increase the clear height space in the office area, reduce the sizeof frame column, improve the assembly rate, and shorten the construction period and construction cost is controllable and itis suitable for this kind of high ̄rise office building. The corridor between the two towers of A、B is placed on the roof bysliding at both end. The lead rubber bearing was adopted. The relative displacement between the corridor and the lowertower under various working conditions was calculated and analyzed. The analysis results show that the relative displacementbetween the corridor and the main building does not exceed the allowable bearing slip under the rare earthquake, and thebearing slip is in a small range under the action of wind load. The members layout of the connecting bridge structure ofsuspension ̄cable roof between the north and south blocks was introduced, and the change of cable force under typicalworking condition was analyzed. The analysis results show that the control cable length should be the main factor and cableforce should be the auxiliary factor in sling construction.
