西雙版納某超限高層塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

摘要: 西雙版納某項目 2 棟塔樓為超 B 級高度的高層建筑,采用鋼筋混凝土框架 ̄核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。 針對塔樓特性對方案進行合理調(diào)整優(yōu)化后,采用 YJK 和 MIDAS 軟件對其進行多遇地震計算對比分析和彈性時程分析作為補充計算,采用 PERFORM ̄3D 和 SAUSAGE 軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進行罕遇地震動力彈塑性時程分析,通過量化的計算方法,找出薄弱構(gòu)件并對其進行加強,對結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件采用抗震性能化設(shè)計。 計算結(jié)果表明,對于高烈度地區(qū)200m 內(nèi)超 B 級的高層建筑,建議柱、剪力墻、框架梁結(jié)構(gòu)受力體系的框架 ̄核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)先考慮采用型鋼構(gòu)件作為加強層,一方面可以有效提高結(jié)構(gòu)整體剛度,另一方面也可避免結(jié)構(gòu)剛度突變;對核心筒長寬比、高寬比較大并在弱向設(shè)置剪力墻的鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),增設(shè)的剪力墻宜根據(jù)其對整體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響程度設(shè)定性能目標并進行抗震性能化設(shè)計。

Structural design of an out ̄of ̄code high ̄rise tower building in Xishuangbanna

Abstract: The No. 2 tower building of a project in Xishuangbanna is a high ̄rise building beyond B ̄level height with RCframe ̄corewall structural system employed. After reasonable adjustment and optimization of the plan according to thecharacteristics of the tower building, YJK and MIDAS software were used for calculation and comparative analysis underfrequent earthquake, and elastic time ̄history analysis was used as a supplementary calculation. Dynamic elasto ̄plastic time ̄history analysis of the structure under rare earthquake were carried out by using two types of software including PERFORM ̄3D and SAUAGE, and weak components were found and strengthened through quantitative calculation. Performance ̄basedseismic design was adopted for key structural members. The calculation results show that, for the high ̄rise building within200m beyong B ̄level height in high seismic fortification intensity area, it is recommended that the frame ̄corewall structurewith column, shear wall and frame beam structure is reinforced with steel members as the strengthening layer. On the onehand, the overall stiffness of the structure can be effectively improved, and on the other hand, the structural stiffnessmutation can be avoided. For reinforced concrete structures with large length ̄width ratio and large depth ̄width ratio ofcorewall and shear walls in the weak direction, performance targets should be set for additional shear walls according totheir influence on the overall structure and performance ̄based seismic design should be carried out.
