摘要: 太原植物園溫室結構體系為膠合木網(wǎng)殼結構,膠合木構件全部采用歐洲膠合木,材質等級為 GL ̄28h,與國內膠合木材性有差異,膠合木材料參數(shù)及設計強度均需要通過試驗確定。 對膠合木分別進行了順紋抗拉、順紋抗壓和橫紋抗壓試驗,得到試件的彈性模量、比例極限強度、極限強度;進一步計算得到規(guī)格材材料的強度標準值,最終確定膠合木的強度等級。 此試驗方法可作為進口膠合木材料參數(shù)選取和評級的方法,試驗結果可作為工程設計的依據(jù)。

Research on material properties test and application of imported glued laminated timber inTaiyuan Botanical Garden

Abstract: The greenhouse structure system of Taiyuan Botanical Garden is a glued laminated timber reticulated shellstructure. All the glued laminated timber components are imported from Europe. The material grade is GL ̄28h, which isdifferent from glued laminated timber in China, the material parameters and design strength of the glulam need to bedetermined through experiments. In order to obtain the elastic modulus, proportional ultimate strength and ultimate strengthof the specimens, the tensile ultimate strength of the specimens, the longitudinal tensile test, longitudinal compressive testand transverse compressive test of glued laminated timber were carried out respectively. Furthermore, the strength standardvalue of the standard material was obtained, and the strength grade of the glued laminated timber was finally determined.The test method can be used to select and grade the parameters of imported glued laminated timber material, and the testresults can be used as the basis of engineering design.
