結(jié)構(gòu)用側(cè)壓竹集成材強(qiáng)度取值研究?

摘要: 側(cè)壓竹是一種由竹片經(jīng)膠合壓制而成的竹集成材. 為確定側(cè)壓竹集成材的強(qiáng)度指標(biāo),參照木材試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)用側(cè)壓竹集成材試件進(jìn)行了抗壓強(qiáng)度、抗拉強(qiáng)度、抗彎強(qiáng)度、抗剪強(qiáng)度及彈性模量的試驗(yàn)實(shí)測(cè),得到了側(cè)壓竹集成材清材的順紋抗壓強(qiáng)度、橫紋弦向抗壓強(qiáng)度、順紋抗拉強(qiáng)度、橫紋抗拉強(qiáng)度、抗拉彈性模量、抗彎強(qiáng)度、抗彎彈性模量、抗剪強(qiáng)度的平均值和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值;以側(cè)壓竹集成材清材試件實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),采用 Pearson χ2 方法,驗(yàn)證了側(cè)壓竹集成材的各項(xiàng)強(qiáng)度實(shí)測(cè)值的概率分布均服從正態(tài)分布 N( μ,σ2) ;基于可靠度理論,考慮材料的天然缺陷、干燥缺陷、長(zhǎng)期荷載等影響強(qiáng)度取值的因素,提出了考慮多因素影響的側(cè)壓竹集成材強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值的確定方法,給出了側(cè)壓竹集成材構(gòu)件的強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值和強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值的建議數(shù)值. 結(jié)果表明:側(cè)壓竹集成材的力學(xué)性能優(yōu)良,可以作為建筑結(jié)構(gòu)用材.

Experimental study on strength values of side pressure laminated bamboo applied in structure

Abstract: Side pressure laminated bamboo is made of bamboo pieces by gluing and pressing. In order to study its strengthindex, wood test standard was refer, the compression, tensile, flexural, shear, elastic modulus tests of side pressurelaminated bamboo applied in structure were carried out. The average and standard values of longitudinal compressivestrength, transverse tangential compressive strength, longitudinal tensile strength, transverse tensile strength, tensilemodulus of elasticity, flexural strength, flexural modulus of elasticity and shear strength of the side pressure laminatedbamboo were obtained; Pearson χ2 method was used to verify that the probability distribution of the measured values of theside pressure laminated bamboo obeys the normal distribution N( μ,σ2) based on the test data; Considering the influence ofthe natural defects, drying defects, long-term load and other factors on the strength of the material, the method to determinethe strength design value of the side pressure laminated bamboo was proposed based on the probability theory, and thestrength standard value and the strength design value of the side pressure laminated bamboo were given. The results showthat the side pressed laminated bamboo has excellent mechanical properties and can be used as building structure material.
