方鋼管柱-H 型鋼梁 T 形件單向螺栓連接節(jié)點(diǎn)性能研究?

摘 要

摘要: 研究了在循環(huán)荷載作用下,一種新型的方鋼管柱-H 型鋼梁 T 形件單向螺栓連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞模式,以及構(gòu)件對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)性能的影響. 建立了節(jié)點(diǎn)的三維非線性有限元模型,以全尺寸梁柱連接節(jié)點(diǎn)擬靜力試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證. 通過(guò)參數(shù)分析,探討了柱壁厚度、梁翼緣厚度和腹板削弱程度對(duì)新型節(jié)點(diǎn)的滯回曲線、骨架曲線、耗能等性能指標(biāo)的影響. 結(jié)果表明:循環(huán)荷載作用下新型節(jié)點(diǎn)滯回曲線呈“梭形” 且較飽滿,不同參數(shù)的節(jié)點(diǎn)均具有良好的耗能能力. 通過(guò)增加柱壁厚度,節(jié)點(diǎn)的極限承載力和初始轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)剛度增加. 但柱壁厚度超過(guò) 14mm 時(shí),單向螺栓和 T形件成為節(jié)點(diǎn)失效的控制因素;梁不是這種新型節(jié)點(diǎn)的薄弱部位,對(duì)梁翼緣和腹板進(jìn)行合理開(kāi)孔削弱,節(jié)點(diǎn)的滯回性能、極限承載、剛度和耗能能力均無(wú)顯著降低.

Abstract: Under cyclic loading, the failure mode of a new type of the blind bolted connection joints of the square steel tubecolumn-H-shaped steel beam T-stub and the influence of members on the performance of the joint were studied. Athree-dimensional nonlinear finite element model was developed, and it was verified with the pseudo-static test data of thefull-scale beam-column connection joint. Through parameter analysis, the influence of column wall thickness, beam flangethickness and web weakening degree on the hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, energy consumption and other performanceindicators of the new type of joint was discussed. The results show that all hysteretic curves of the new type joints arefusiform and full under cyclic loads, and all series of joints have good energy dissipation behavior. Increasing the columnwall thickness, the ultimate bearing capacity and initial rotational stiffness of the joints are increased. However, when thethickness of column wall exceeds 14mm, blind bolts and T-stub become the control factors of joint failure. Beam is not aweak part of this new type of joint, the hysteretic performance, ultimate bearing capacity, stiffness and energy dissipationcapacity of the joints are not significantly reduced when the flange and webs of beam are reasonable weakened.
