新型金屬管混凝土短柱軸壓性能試驗(yàn)研究?

摘 要

摘要: 為研究鋁合金、不銹鋼新型金屬管及其混凝土短柱的力學(xué)性能,對(duì) 4 種材料不同的短柱試件進(jìn)行軸壓試驗(yàn),總結(jié)并分析了新型金屬管及其混凝土短柱的破壞過(guò)程和受力特征. 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,新型金屬管具有較高的承載力和良好的延性,而且不銹鋼管混凝土短柱有較高的承載力以及較好的塑性性能. 利用有限元軟件 ABAQUS 對(duì)新型金屬管混凝土短柱進(jìn)行有限元模擬分析,有限元模擬分析與試驗(yàn)得到的試件承載力、延性曲線結(jié)果吻合較好,驗(yàn)證了有限元模擬分析的準(zhǔn)確性.

Experimental study on the axial compression performance of a new type of metal tube concrete short column

Abstract: In order to study the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy and stainless steel new type of metal tubes andtheir concrete short columns, axial compression tests were carried out on specimens of four short columns with differentmaterials, and the failure process and stress characteristics of the new type of metal tubes and their concrete short columnswere summarized and analyzed. The test results show that the new type of metal tubes has higher bearing capacity and goodductility, and the stainless steel tube concrete short column has higher bearing capacity and better plastic properties. Thefinite element software ABAQUS was used to perform finite element simulation analysis on the new type of metal tubeconcrete short column. The finite element simulation analysis was in good agreement with the test specimen bearing capacityand ductility curve results, which verified the accuracy of the finite element simulation analysis.
