摘要: 總結(jié)了既有建筑按照現(xiàn)行《民用建筑可靠性鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》 (GB 50292—2015)進(jìn)行安全性鑒定中會遇到既有建筑現(xiàn)澆板不符合現(xiàn)行《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》 (GB 50010—2010)最小配筋率規(guī)定的情況. 分析了當(dāng)現(xiàn)澆樓板承載力滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范的要求且無明顯外觀缺陷損傷時,僅樓板最小配筋率不滿足現(xiàn)行設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范要求,把現(xiàn)澆樓板評定為 c u 級或 du 級的不合理性. 探討了雙向和單向現(xiàn)澆樓板安全性鑒定應(yīng)以是否出現(xiàn)脆性破壞為原則進(jìn)行判別,在承載力滿足要求且未出現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)損傷情況下,其樓板最小配筋率大于導(dǎo)致脆性破壞的配筋率時,應(yīng)把所鑒定的現(xiàn)澆樓板構(gòu)件安全性等級評定為 au 級或 b u 級.

Discussions on the minimum reinforcement ratio of cast-in-place floor for safetyappraisal of existing building structure

Abstract: The cases of the minimum reinforcement ratio of cast-in-place floor which doesn’ t meet the requirements of thecurrent code for design of concrete structures (GB 50010—2010) in the safety appraisal of existing buildings according to thecurrent standard for appraisal of reliability of civil buildings ( GB 50292—2015) was summarized. The irrationality ofevaluating cast-in-place floor as c uor du was analyzed when only the minimum reinforcement ratio doesn ’ t meet therequirements of current design cocles, while the bearing capacity of cast-in-place floor meets the requirements of currentcodes and there is no obvious appearance damage. It is discussed that the safety appraisal of two-way and one-waycast-in-place floor should be based on the principle of whether brittle failure occurs. The safety grade of the cast-in-placefloor should be evaluated as auor b u when the bearing capacity meets the requirements and there is no structural damage,which minimum reinforcement ratio of the slabs is greater than the reinforcement ratio that leads to brittle failure.
