摘要: 針對(duì)水泥基灌漿材料構(gòu)件強(qiáng)度的檢測(cè),提出了采用回彈法對(duì)試塊進(jìn)行抗壓強(qiáng)度原位檢測(cè)的方法,介紹了規(guī)程編制的背景、規(guī)程框架、研究內(nèi)容、試塊制作要求、試驗(yàn)方法、儀器選用、強(qiáng)度曲線制定要求等內(nèi)容. 并通過初步試驗(yàn)成果,證明了研究方向的可行性和必要性,不僅細(xì)化了試塊制作、儀器選型、強(qiáng)度分級(jí)方法、試驗(yàn)步驟,而且完善了數(shù)據(jù)處理、強(qiáng)度曲線擬合、誤差統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法,為后期規(guī)程編制奠定了基礎(chǔ).

Experimental study of Technical specification for inspecting compressive strength ofcementitious grout by rebound method

Abstract: In view of strength testing of cementitious grout components, a method based on rebound method for in-situtesting of compressive strength of test block was proposed. The background of preparation of regulations, the framework ofthe regulation, the content of the research, the requirement of the test block making, the test method, selection ofinstruments,the requirement of the strength curve and so on. Through the preliminary test results, the feasibility andnecessity of the research direction were proved. The test not only refined the test block making, the instrument selection,the strength classification method and the test step, but also improved the data processing, the strength curve fitting, theerror statistics and so on, which laid a good foundation for the later preparation of regulations.
