摘要: 上海的近代混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)歷史建筑在我國具有典型代表性,深入了解這些歷史建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)體系、材料、構(gòu)造等結(jié)構(gòu)特征,對其可靠性鑒定與保護利用具有重要意義. 基于 108 幢上海近代混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)歷史建筑的房屋檢測結(jié)果,統(tǒng)計其典型結(jié)構(gòu)特征,由于受到近代建筑材料、施工技術(shù)、設(shè)計水平等因素制約,加之服役時間較長、后期改建搭建等,較多混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)近代建筑存在使用安全和耐久性問題,且較多近代建筑的抗震構(gòu)造普遍達不到抗震鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求,應(yīng)結(jié)合相關(guān)法律法規(guī)及保護要求進行處理.

Statistics and analysis of typical structural characteristics of modern concretestructures in Shanghai

Abstract: The historical buildings of modern concrete structures in Shanghai are typical in China. In-depth understandingof the structural system, materials, structures and other structural characteristics of these historical buildings is of greatsignificance for their reliability identification and protection and utilization. Based on the test results of 108 the historicalbuildings of modern concrete structures in Shanghai, statistics of their typical structural features were made. Due to theconstraints of building materials, construction technology, design level and other factors in modern times, coupled with longservice time and later reconstruction and construction, many modern concrete structures have problems in use safety anddurability, and the seismic structures of many modern buildings generally fail to meet the requirements of seismic appraisalstandards. It shall be handled in combination with relevant laws, regulations and protection requirements.
