摘要: 陜西銀隆大廈項(xiàng)目是由兩個(gè)建筑體型、結(jié)構(gòu)高度完全不同的高層建筑在高位通過(guò)連廊相連,形成的雙塔連體結(jié)構(gòu). 結(jié)構(gòu)體系復(fù)雜,平面扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、豎向構(gòu)件不連續(xù),屬于特別不規(guī)則的建筑. 兩個(gè)塔樓分別采 用 鋼 框架-偏心支撐核心筒與鋼框架-支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系. 詳細(xì)介紹了該工程的結(jié)構(gòu)體系和設(shè)計(jì)方法,包括鋼偏心支撐的布置、消能梁段的設(shè)置、連接體結(jié)構(gòu)的布置等. 采用 YJK、MIDAS / Gen、ETABS、PERFORM-3D 等多個(gè)軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了多遇地震、設(shè)防地震、罕遇地震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件承載力及變形能力驗(yàn)算,驗(yàn)算結(jié)果均滿(mǎn)足相關(guān)規(guī)范要求. 同時(shí)針對(duì)復(fù)雜超高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)中不同構(gòu)件的性能要求,闡述了基于性能的設(shè)計(jì)方法.

Structural design on connected high-rise building of Shaanxi Yinlong Building

Abstract: Shaanxi Yinlong Building project consists of two high-rise buildings with completely different building shapes andstructural heights and connected by a corridor at high position, which forms twin-tower connected structure. The structuralsystem is complex, the plane torsion is irregular and the vertical members are discontinuous, which is particularly irregularbuilding. The two towers use steel frame-eccentric support core tube and steel frame-support structure system respectively.The structural system and design methods were introduced in detail,including the arrangement of steel eccentric supports,the arrangement of energy dissipated link beam, and the arrangement of the connecting body structure, etc. Many softwaresuch as YJK, MIDAS / Gen, ETABS, PERFORM-3D etc. were used to check the bearing capacity and deformation capacityof structural members under frequent earthquakes, fortified earthquakes, and rare earthquakes, and the check calculationresults meet the requirements of relevant codes. Meanwhile the performance-based design methods were described inperspective of the performance requirements of different components in the complex super high-rise steel structure.
