溫度誘導縫對超長結(jié)構(gòu)溫度應力的影響研究

摘要: 為研究設(shè)置溫度誘導縫在解決超長結(jié)構(gòu)溫度應力問題方面的作用和效果,以某科技文化中心項目為例,采用 MIDAS Gen 和 ABAQUS 就地下室頂板進行建模分析,探討了四種不同類型溫度誘導縫的效果. 結(jié)果表明:設(shè)置溫度誘導縫可以較好地釋放溫度應力;綜合考慮結(jié)構(gòu)布置的便利和設(shè)置溫度誘導縫的效果,選用不增設(shè)柱跨、不斷開主梁的凹槽型溫度誘導縫較為合理;可以通過加強溫度誘導縫所在跨主梁的配筋來解決主梁不斷開的問題.

Research on the influence of temperature induced seam on the temperature stress ofsuper-long structure

Abstract: In order to study the role and effect of setting temperature induced seam in solving the temperature stressproblem of super-long structure, a scientific and technological cultural center project was used as an example, and MIDASGen and ABAQUS were used to model and analyze the basement roof, and the effects of four different types of temperatureinduced seams were discussed. The results show that temperature induced seam can release temperature stress well.Considering the convenience of structural layout and the effect of setting temperature induced seam, it is more reasonable toselect the groove temperature induced seam without adding column span and opening main girder continuously. The problemof continuous opening of the main girder can be solved by strengthening the reinforcement of the cross main girder where thetemperature induced seam is located.
