成型矩形八角組合螺旋箍筋柱設計及數值模擬研究?

摘要: 針對高層和超高層框架混凝土柱構件,設計了一種新型的矩形八角組合螺旋箍筋柱. 與傳統(tǒng)成型鋼筋柱相比,矩形八角組合螺旋箍筋柱具有多項優(yōu)勢. 以傳統(tǒng)矩形八角組合箍筋柱的柱構件作為對照,通過非線性有限元分析模擬了柱的低周反復荷載試驗,研究了不同軸壓比下柱水平承載性能,得到了不同工況下的極限承載力、荷載-位移曲線和破壞形態(tài). 結果表明:有限元分析結果與試驗結果吻合較好;隨著軸壓比的提高,柱的水平承載力變大,荷載-位移曲線的強度下降段變陡,延性變差;成型矩形八角組合螺旋箍筋柱與傳統(tǒng)矩形八角組合箍筋柱的剛度、承載力和延性接近. 綜上所述,成型矩形八角組合螺旋箍筋柱在構造和受力性能上均具有良好的適用性,在建筑結構尤其是高層和超高層結構中具有推廣價值.

Design and numerical simulation research of fabricated rectangular-octagonal composite spiralstirrups column

Abstract: For high-rise and super high-rise frame concrete column components, a new type of rectangular-octagonalcomposite spiral stirrups column is designed. Compared with traditional formed steel bars column, the rectangular-octagonalcomposite spiral stirrups column has many advantages. Taking the column member of the traditional rectangular octagonalcombined stirrup column as comparison, the low cycle reversed load test of the column was simulated through nonlinearfinite element analysis, and the horizontal load-bearing performance of the column under different axial compression ratioswas studied. Ultimate bearing capacity, load-displacement curve and failure mode under different working conditions wereobtained. The results show that the finite element analysis results are in good agreement with the experimental results. Withthe increase of the axial compression ratio, the horizontal bearing capacity of the column becomes larger, the strength dropof the load-displacement curve becomes steeper, and the ductility becomes worse. From the perspective of stiffness, bearingcapacity and ductility, the performance of the columns with fabricated rectangular-octagonal composite spiral stirrups isclose to that of the columns with traditional form of stirrups. To sum up, the fabricated rectangular-octagonal compositespiral stirrups column has good applicability in structure and mechanical performance, and has promotion value in buildingstructures, especially high-rise and super high-rise structures.
