美國(guó)在役核電廠安全殼鋼襯里銹蝕及修復(fù)技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展?

摘 要

摘要: 通過(guò)美國(guó)混凝土安全殼鋼襯里銹蝕的一些典型案例說(shuō)明了鋼襯里的銹蝕特征,論述了鋼襯里的銹蝕機(jī)理,介紹了國(guó)外學(xué)者對(duì)鋼襯里銹蝕后力學(xué)性能變化、鋼襯里局部銹蝕對(duì)安全殼完整性和易損性的影響進(jìn)行的研究,最后論述了鋼襯里銹蝕檢測(cè)和修復(fù)技術(shù)。 分析表明,安全殼鋼襯里銹蝕包括由涂層失效引起的鋼襯里內(nèi)表面銹蝕和安全殼混凝土中的異物吸水導(dǎo)致的外表面銹蝕;鋼襯里銹蝕對(duì)其強(qiáng)度影響不大,極限拉應(yīng)變有較大程度的降低;鋼襯里銹蝕深度小于原截面厚度的 50%時(shí),銹蝕對(duì)安全殼的完整性和易損性影響不大;當(dāng)鋼襯里銹蝕深度大于原截面厚度的 50%時(shí),銹蝕對(duì)安全殼的完整性和易損性將會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大影響。

Research progress on corrosion and repair technology of steel linear of containment in US external nuclear power plants

Abstract: Through some typical cases of steel linear corrosion of concrete containment in the United States, the corrosioncharacteristics of steel linearwere illustrated, the corrosion mechanism of steel linear was discussed, and the research offoreign scholars on the change of mechanical properties of steel linear after corrosion and the influence of local corrosion ofsteel linear on the integrity and vulnerability of containment were introduced. Finally, the methods for detecting andrepairing the corrosion damage of steel linear were discussed. It is manifested that there are two kinds of corrosion for steellinear of containment. The first is inside surface corrosion caused by deterioration of the protective coating, and the secondis outside surface corrosion initiated by foreign material embedded in the concrete of the containment. The corrosion of steellinear has little effect on its strength, and the ultimate tensile strain is greatly reduced.When the corrosion depth of steellinear is less than 50 % of the original section thickness, the corrosion has little effect on the integrity and vulnerability ofthe containment. When the corrosion depth of steel linear is greater than 50 % of the original section thickness, corrosionwill have a great impact on the integrity and vulnerability of containment.
