橡膠混凝土斷裂韌性試驗研究?

摘要: 為研究橡膠混凝土斷裂韌度,以 C30 混凝土為基準(zhǔn)混凝土,將橡膠顆粒的粒徑、摻量以及試件的縫高比作為變量,制備混凝土試件進行楔入劈拉試驗研究。 計算得到橡膠混凝土試件起裂韌度及失穩(wěn)斷裂韌度的變化規(guī)律。 結(jié)果表明:摻入橡膠后,混凝土的起裂韌度有明顯降低,橡膠摻量越高降幅越明顯,橡膠摻量為 5% ~ 15%的混凝土失穩(wěn)斷裂韌度大于基準(zhǔn)混凝土;20%橡膠摻量的混凝土失穩(wěn)斷裂韌度略小于基準(zhǔn)混凝土;縫高比相同時,摻粒徑為 0. 3mm 橡膠顆粒的混凝土試件失穩(wěn)斷裂韌度高于粒徑為 0. 6mm 的橡膠混凝土,表現(xiàn)出更好的斷裂韌性;與起裂韌度相比,失穩(wěn)斷裂韌度與橡膠含量的非線性特征更加明顯。

Experimental study on fracture toughness of rubber concrete

Abstract: In order to study the fracture toughness of rubber concrete, based on C30 concrete the particle size, content ofrubber powder and the joint height ratio of the specimens were used as variables to prepare concrete specimens for wedgesplit tensile test. The changing rules of the initial fracture toughness and the unstable fracture toughness of the rubberconcrete specimens were obtained. The results show that the initial fracture toughness of concrete decreases obviously afteradding rubber, and the larger the rubber content is, the more obvious the decrease range is. The instability fracturetoughness of rubber concrete with 5% ~ 15% content is higher than that of reference concrete, and the instability fracturetoughness of rubber concrete with 20% content is slightly lower than that of reference concrete. At the same joint heightratio, the instability fracture toughness of concrete specimens with a particle size of 0. 3mm is higher than that of theparticle size of 0. 6mm, showing better fracture toughness. Compared with the initial fracture toughness, the nonlinearcharacteristics of instability fracture toughness and rubber content are more obvious.
