摘要: 提出一種新型邊緣疊合板,為了研究鋼筋混凝土邊緣疊合板拼縫的受力性能,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施了不同構(gòu)造形式邊緣疊合板的靜力加載試驗(yàn),包含附加鋼筋形式、馬鐙筋布置、拼縫尺寸和底筋伸出等變量,分析了不同構(gòu)造措施下,等強(qiáng)配筋設(shè)計(jì)邊緣疊合板裂縫開展情況、撓度、鋼筋應(yīng)力以及受彎承載力性能,并與現(xiàn)澆板進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該拼縫形式的拼縫板均為典型的彎曲破壞特征;拼縫處附加鋼筋只要保證足夠的粘結(jié)長(zhǎng)度,附加鋼筋就能夠進(jìn)行有效傳力,采取等強(qiáng)配筋的邊緣疊合板承載能力等同于現(xiàn)澆板;U 形鋼筋達(dá)到屈服需滿足粘結(jié)錨固長(zhǎng)度要求;鋼筋網(wǎng)片末端彎折可以有效地減少鋼筋錨固長(zhǎng)度;拼縫處連接鋼筋面積可按現(xiàn)澆層混凝土厚度進(jìn)行受彎承載力計(jì)算確定。

Experimental study on edge laminated slabs connected with equal strength reinforcement seam

Abstract: A new type of edge composite slab was proposed. In order to study the stress performance of reinforced concreteedge composite slab seams, static load tests of edge laminated slabs with different structural forms were designed andimplemented, including variables such as the form of additional reinforcement, the layout of stirrup reinforcement, the sizeof the seam and the extension of the bottom reinforcement. The crack development, deflection, steel stress and flexuralbearing capacity of the edge composite slabs with different structural measures and reinforced with the equal strengthprinciple were analyzed and compared with the cast ̄in ̄situ slabs. The test results show that the seam plates of this seamform are all typical bending failure characteristics. As long as the additional steel bars at the seams ensure sufficient bondinglength, the additional steel bars can effectively transmit force. The load ̄bearing capacity of this type of equal strengthreinforcement edge laminated slab is equivalent to that of the cast ̄in ̄situ slab. The U ̄shaped steel bar at the seam need tomeet the requirements of the bond anchorage length to reach yield. The bending of the end of the steel mesh can effectivelyreduce the anchorage length of the steel bar. The area of connecting steel bars at the seams can be calculated anddetermined according to the concrete thickness of the cast ̄in ̄situ layer.
