某醫(yī)療建筑開大孔鋼管混凝土柱 ̄鋼筋混凝土梁組合結(jié)構(gòu)體系設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 由于醫(yī)療功能多樣、醫(yī)療工藝復(fù)雜,醫(yī)療建筑按照傳統(tǒng)混凝土裝配式建筑設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),受到了構(gòu)件種類多樣,模板重復(fù)率低、成本高昂等諸多制約;按照鋼結(jié)構(gòu)裝配式建筑設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),受到建造成本、維護(hù)成本高及樓板標(biāo)高多變等因素制約,嚴(yán)重阻礙了裝配式建筑在醫(yī)療建筑中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用。 以武漢兒童醫(yī)院西院結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)為例,介紹了采用開大孔鋼管混凝土柱 ̄鋼筋混凝土梁結(jié)構(gòu)體系,并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件和節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究、有限元分析和工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)。結(jié)果表明,新的結(jié)構(gòu)形式和節(jié)點(diǎn)方式,極大地減少了結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)制構(gòu)件的數(shù)量,降低了結(jié)構(gòu)成本,同時(shí)利用了鋼管柱承載能力高,抗震性能好的特點(diǎn),避免了混凝土裝配構(gòu)件節(jié)點(diǎn)質(zhì)量難以保證的缺點(diǎn),能靈活多變地滿足醫(yī)療建筑功能復(fù)雜多樣的要求,但仍存在一定的局限性。

Design of composite structure system of concrete ̄filled steel tubular column with large opening and reinforced concrete beam on medical building

Abstract: Due to the diverse medical functions and complex medical technology, when the medical building is designedaccording to the traditional concrete prefabricated building, it is subject to many constraints such as various types ofcomponents, low template repetition rate and high cost. When it is designed according to the steel structure prefabricatedbuilding, it is subject to many constraints such as high construction costs and maintenance costs and variable floorelevations, which have severely hindered the practical application of prefabricated buildings in medical buildings. Takingthe structural design of the West Hospital of Wuhan Children’s Hospital as an example, the use of a concrete ̄filled steeltubular column with large opening and reinforced concrete beam structure system was introduced, and experimentalresearch, finite element analysis and engineering experience summary on structural members and nodes were conducted.The results show that the new structural form and joint method greatly reduce the number of structural prefabricatedcomponents and reduce the structural cost. At the same time, it takes advantage of the high load ̄bearing capacity and goodseismic performance of steel tubular columns, avoiding shortcomings of difficult to ensure the quality of concrete assemblycomponent joints,which can flexibly meet the complex and diverse requirements of medical buildings, but there are stillcertain limitations.
