摘要: 鄭州銀基冰雪酒店為 7 度抗震設(shè)防的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)防類建筑,是具有 6 類不規(guī)則項(xiàng)的大跨高位轉(zhuǎn)換超限結(jié)構(gòu)。酒店大堂上方為最大跨度 11m+20m+11m 的三跨連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu),上托 7 層標(biāo)準(zhǔn)客房共計(jì) 10 根框架柱。 通過(guò)對(duì)梁式轉(zhuǎn)換、斜柱轉(zhuǎn)換和桁架轉(zhuǎn)換的方案比選,選擇了鋼桁架以實(shí)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換。 通過(guò)不同形式的反應(yīng)譜和時(shí)程分析考察了結(jié)構(gòu)基本的變形和承載能力,同時(shí)補(bǔ)充了轉(zhuǎn)換層型鋼混凝土梁軸向應(yīng)力分析、重力荷載下不考慮上部和下部結(jié)構(gòu)共同工作的轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)承載力分析、轉(zhuǎn)換桁架防連續(xù)倒塌分析、中部轉(zhuǎn)換區(qū)域獨(dú)立模型抗震分析、差異沉降對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)換桁架的影響分析和轉(zhuǎn)換層樓板抗震分析等多項(xiàng)專項(xiàng)分析,保證了轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的安全。

Seismic design on out ̄of ̄code structure with large ̄span and high ̄position transfer truss of Zhengzhou ENJOY Snow Hotel

Abstract: Zhengzhou ENJOY Snow Hotel is a standard fortification category structure with 7 degree seismic fortification. Itis a large ̄span, high ̄position transfer structure with 6 irregular out ̄of ̄code items. A three ̄span and continuous ̄transferstructure is located in the top of the hall with the largest span of 11m+20m+11m, which supports 10 frame columns of 7-storey standard guest rooms. Steel truss was selected as the transfer structure in the competition with transfer beam andtransfer inclined column. Various forms of response spectrum analysis and time ̄history analysis were carried out to evaluatethe basical deformability and load bearing capacity of the structure. At the same time, multiple special analysis includingthe axial stress analysis of the transfer steel ̄reinforced concrete beam, bearing capacity analysis of transfer structure withoutcoincident work effects between upper and lower structure work together under gravity load, progressive collapse resistanceassessment of transfer truss, seismic analysis of independent model of transfer structure in the middle zone, influence ofdifferential settlement on transfer truss and seismic analysis of slab on transfer floor were conducted, which ensure thesecurity of the transfer structure.
