貴陽某球場罩篷結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方案比選

摘要: 介紹了貴陽某球場鋼結(jié)構(gòu)罩篷受力體系的比選過程,考慮內(nèi)外場的建筑美觀性、結(jié)構(gòu)材料費用和施工措施、施工工期等,詳細(xì)分析了各種結(jié)構(gòu)體系的優(yōu)勢和劣勢。 基于選定的懸臂桁架結(jié)構(gòu)方案,通過分析和比對各種結(jié)構(gòu)方案,結(jié)果表明立體懸臂桁架的穩(wěn)定性更好,對環(huán)向構(gòu)件的數(shù)量需求小,便于施工。 在罩篷的對比分析過程中,創(chuàng)新性提出了適用于大跨懸挑屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的單環(huán)索承懸臂結(jié)構(gòu)和雙級環(huán)索車輻式弦支網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu),可有效減小屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)厚度和材料用量;當(dāng)屋蓋厚度相同時,雙級環(huán)索車輻式弦支網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)抵抗豎向荷載的效率比單環(huán)索承懸臂結(jié)構(gòu)高約 30%。 由于拉索單價高于型鋼,施工難度也更大,采用拉索比例越高,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)罩篷的經(jīng)濟(jì)性能越差。

Comparison and selection of design schemes for the canopy structure of a stadium in Guiyang

Abstract: The comparison and selection process of the force system of the steel structure canopy of a stadium in Guiyang.The advantages and disadvantages of various structure systems were analyzed in detail, considering the architectural beautyof the internal and external fields, the cost of structural materials and construction measures and the construction period.Based on the selected cantilever truss structure scheme, through analysis and comparison of various structural schemes, theresults show that the stability of the three ̄dimensional cantilever truss is better, and the demand for the number ofcircumferential members is small, which is convenient for construction. In the process of comparison and analysis of thecanopy, innovatively proposed the single ̄loop cable ̄supported cantilever structure and the double ̄stage loop cable spokestype chord support reticulated shell structure, which can effectively reduce the roof structure thickness and materialconsumption. When the roof thickness is the same, the double ̄stage loop cable spokes type chord support reticulated shellstructure is about 30% higher than the single ̄loop cable ̄supported cantilever structure to resist vertical loads. Since the unitprice of the cable is higher than that of the section steel, the construction is more difficult, the higher the proportion ofcables, the worse the economic performance of the steel structure canopy.
