摘要: 北京世紀城市項目辦公樓具有新穎獨特的建筑立面造型、多塔樓組合的建筑平面布局，且對大堂和地面空間效果的要求較高，這給結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計工作帶來諸多挑戰(zhàn)。 全面地介紹了辦公樓建筑設(shè)計特點、三塔樓連體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計思路、整體結(jié)構(gòu)及單體結(jié)構(gòu)的動力特性、連接體結(jié)構(gòu)的加強措施、結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能化設(shè)計目標(biāo)、造型分叉柱節(jié)點設(shè)計、六層挑空大堂轉(zhuǎn)換桁架設(shè)計以及參數(shù)化技術(shù)在復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件設(shè)計及專業(yè)間協(xié)調(diào)配合中的應(yīng)用。 此外，對整體結(jié)構(gòu)在多遇地震作用下彈性分析結(jié)果及在罕遇地震作用下彈塑性分析結(jié)果進行了介紹，各項分析結(jié)果均滿足規(guī)范、抗震性能目標(biāo)以及超限審查要求，整體結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠，經(jīng)濟合理。

Structural design on three￣tower connected structure of Beijing Century City project

Abstract: Office building of Beijing Century City project has novel and unique architectural facade modeling， theconnected multitower plan layout， and the high demand on the lobby and ground space quality， which brought manychallenges to the structural design. The architectural design features of the office tower， structure scheme of three￣towerconnected structure， dynamic characteristics of whole structure and single structure， strengthening measures of connectingstructure，structural seismic performance design objectives，design of six￣story empty lobby conversion truss， and how tofinish the design and coordination of such a complex structure using the parametric design technology were introduced. Inaddition， elastic analysis under frequent earthquakes and elastic￣plastic analysis under rare earthquakes were carried out.All the analysis results meet the requirements of specifications and out￣of￣code review， thus the overall structure is safe，reliable， economical and reasonable.
