建滔總部大廈結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

摘要: 建滔總部大廈為結(jié)構(gòu)高度 220m 的混合結(jié)構(gòu),混凝土核心筒完全偏置于塔樓的東側(cè),以形成開闊的辦公空間。 為實現(xiàn)室內(nèi)大空間與立面通透性的建筑效果,辦公區(qū)采用中間無柱、在東西兩側(cè)以小吊柱吊掛組合樓蓋的豎向傳力體系。 小吊柱懸掛于設(shè)置在避難層的巨型桁架,只有角部 4 根矩形鋼管混凝土巨柱與南北兩側(cè)的巨型斜撐落地,形成巨型支撐框架 ̄偏置核心筒體系。 塔樓雖然沒有嚴(yán)重不規(guī)則的超限內(nèi)容,但是由于其特殊的建筑造型與結(jié)構(gòu)體系,屬于國家規(guī)范沒有列入的特殊類型的超限高層建筑。 設(shè)計團(tuán)隊結(jié)合本項目的建筑和結(jié)構(gòu)特點,進(jìn)行了充分的結(jié)構(gòu)概念設(shè)計,結(jié)合大量的計算分析與深入的技術(shù)論證,檢驗了結(jié)構(gòu)體系的合理性,確保結(jié)構(gòu)具有可靠的豎向傳力路徑與抗風(fēng)和抗震性能。

Structural design of Kingboard Headquarters Building

Abstract:The Kingboard Headquarters Building is a mixed structure with a structural height of 220 meters. The concretecorewall is arranged at the east side of the building to form a larger open office space. In order to achieve the architect’ spursuit of the large indoor space and the permeability of the facade, the office area adopts the vertical force transmissionsystem without middle columns and with composite floor in east and west sides hung by little hanging columns. Littlehanging columns are suspended on giant trusses setting on the refuge floor, and only four rectangular concrete ̄filled steeltube mega columns at the corners and mega braces on the north and south sides land, forming a mega braced frame andeccentrically ̄arranged corewall system. Although the tower has no serious irregular out ̄of ̄code contents, it is a special typeof super high ̄rise building that is not included in the national code due to its special architectural shape and structuralsystem. Combined with the architectural and structural characteristics of the project, the design team carried out a fullstructural conceptual design. Combined with a lot of calculation and analysis and in ̄depth technical demonstration to test therationality of the structural system and ensure that the structure has a reliable vertical force transmission path and windresistance and seismic performance.
