摘要: 鳥(niǎo)嘴式節(jié)點(diǎn)是一種新型的焊接方鋼管節(jié)點(diǎn),由于其構(gòu)造上的獨(dú)特性,以熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力為目標(biāo)的參數(shù)化建模分析過(guò)程較為復(fù)雜. 針對(duì)常見(jiàn)的 K 形節(jié)點(diǎn)形式,以鳥(niǎo)嘴式 K 形間隙節(jié)點(diǎn)的四個(gè)無(wú)量綱參數(shù)為主要變量,建立了一套可靠高效的參數(shù)化建模方法. 有限元建?;?ANSYS 參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言(APDL),充分考慮鳥(niǎo)嘴式 K 形間隙節(jié)點(diǎn)鞍部和冠部區(qū)域的幾何特征,同時(shí)準(zhǔn)確模擬角焊縫幾何尺寸的影響,實(shí)現(xiàn)了焊趾熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力的精細(xì)化分析和自動(dòng)化提取.另外,參照國(guó)際焊接協(xié)會(huì)疲勞設(shè)計(jì)指南建議的熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力確定方法,在焊趾外側(cè)設(shè)立熱點(diǎn)外推區(qū),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格二次劃分,以滿足熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力外推計(jì)算的需求. 通過(guò)與已有試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了有限元模型的準(zhǔn)確性. 在此基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)展參數(shù)化分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了鳥(niǎo)嘴式 K 形間隙節(jié)點(diǎn)應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)(SCF)隨無(wú)量綱參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律. 并通過(guò)數(shù)值擬合提出了相應(yīng)的 SCF 計(jì)算公式,可用于此類新型節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗疲勞設(shè)計(jì)和疲勞性能評(píng)估.

Parametric modeling and analysis of stress concentration factor for bird-beak gap K-joints

Abstract: Bird-beak joints are a new type of welded square hollow section joints, where the parametric modeling aiming athot spot stress of such joints is a complicated process due to their unique configurations. A set of reliable and efficientparametric modeling method was established for the common K-joints, taking the four dimensionless parameters of the birdbeak gap K-joints as the main variables. Based on ANSYS parametric design language ( APDL ), the geometriccharacteristics of saddle and crown areas were fully considered of bird-beak gap K-joints, and the effect of geometry size offillet welds were precisely simulated. The fine analysis and automatic extraction of hot spot stress in weld toe were realized.In addition, referring to the hot spot stress determination method recommended in the international institute of weldingdesign guidelines, a hot spot extrapolation area was set up on the outside of the weld toe, and the secondary meshing wascarried out to meet the requirement of the extrapolation calculation of the hot spot stress. The accuracy of the finite elementmodel was verified by comparing with the experimental data. On this basis, the parametric analysis was carried out, thevariations of stress concentration factor ( SCF) with dimensionless parameters were revealed. And the SCF calculationformulae was obtained by numerical fitting, which can be used for the fatigue design and fatigue performance evaluation ofthis new type of joints.
