摘要: 探討了«高層建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程»(JGJ 3—2010)、«建筑地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計規(guī)范»(GB 50007—2011)關(guān)于高層建筑基礎(chǔ)埋置深度的規(guī)定存在的問題。 指出基礎(chǔ)埋置深度不僅僅與建筑的高度有關(guān)，還應(yīng)與建筑的體型、高寬比、地基土質(zhì)、風(fēng)荷載、地震設(shè)防烈度等有關(guān)；當(dāng)高層建筑基礎(chǔ)埋置深度不滿足上述規(guī)范的要求時，應(yīng)驗(yàn)算抗傾覆穩(wěn)定性和抗滑移穩(wěn)定性，并采取可靠的抗傾覆和抗滑移措施；當(dāng)高層建筑基底零應(yīng)力區(qū)范圍滿足«高層建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程»(JGJ 3—2010)的要求時，抗傾覆穩(wěn)定性具有足夠的安全儲備。 最后建議對基礎(chǔ)埋置深度不宜作硬性規(guī)定，而宜根據(jù)各種實(shí)際情況來具體考慮。

Research on embedded depth of foundation of tall building

Abstract: The problems existing in the regulation of embedded depth of foundation of tall building in the Technicalspecification for concrete structures of tall building (JGJ 3—2010) and Code for design of building foundation (GB 50007—2011) were discussed. It was pointed out that the embedded depth of foundation should not only be related to the height ofthe building， but also to the size of the building， the ratio of height to width， the soil quality of the foundation， the windload， the seismic fortification intensity and so on. When the embedded depth of foundation of tall building does not meet therequirements of the specification described above， the anti￣overturning stability and anti￣slip stability should be checked，and reliable anti￣overturning and anti￣slip measures should be taken. When the range of zero stress zone in the foundation oftall building meets the requirements of Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building ( JGJ 3—2010)， theanti￣overturning stability has enough safety reserve. Finally， it is suggested that the embedded depth of foundation shouldbe considered according to various practical situations instead of making a rigid regulation.
