摘要: 長沙國際會議中心為中國中部地區(qū)大型的國際會議中心場館,采用方鋼管混凝土柱+鋼梁形式的鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu),大跨無柱空間采用鋼桁架,主要特點是局部有夾層和大跨樓蓋,屬于具有扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)(局部穿層柱)、層抗剪承載力突變、局部夾層等一般不規(guī)則項的高層建筑. 針對工程特點進(jìn)行重難點分析并提出設(shè)計對策,結(jié)果表明:夾層的不同模擬方式對結(jié)構(gòu)整體計算影響不大;大跨度樓蓋設(shè)計應(yīng)重點關(guān)注鋼桁架節(jié)點構(gòu)造的受力可靠性及施工便利性;主入口拱形結(jié)構(gòu)可以很好地實現(xiàn)建筑方案效果,具有較高的承載力富余和良好的延性;穿層柱設(shè)計時取計算長度系數(shù) μ = 1. 0 是安全可靠的,穿層柱具有較高的極限承載能力;通過加密圈梁和構(gòu)造柱,并驗證其形成子結(jié)構(gòu)的整體穩(wěn)定性,可以保證超高砌體隔墻的安全可靠.

Structural design of Changsha International Conference Center

Abstract: Changsha International Conference Center is a large international conference center in central region of China, itbelongs to steel frame structure system with square concrete-filled steel tubular columns and steel beams, and steel trussesare used in large-span column-free space. The structure is characterized by local mezzanine and large-span floor, it belongsto the high-rise building with general irregular items such as torsion irregularity, discontinuity of floor ( local cross-floorcolumn), excessive variation of floor shear capacity, local mezzanine, and so on. The key and difficult points of the projectwere analyzed and the corresponding design countermeasures were put forward. The results show that the differentsimulation methods of local mezzanine have little influence on the overall structure calculation. The mechanical reliabilityand construction convenience of steel truss joints should be emphasized in the design of large-span floor. The arch structurecan realize the effect of the architectural scheme, and has enough bearing capacity as well as good ductility. It is safe andreliable to take the length factor μ as 1. 0 for the design of cross-floor column, and the cross-floor column has high ultimatebearing capacity. The safety and reliability of ultra-high masonry partition walls can be ensured by encrypting ring beamsand constructional columns, and verifying the stability of the sub-structure.
