摘要: 南京雨花臺(tái)區(qū)人民法院結(jié)構(gòu)高度 31. 65m,平面尺寸為 44. 4m×49. 4m,采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu). 3 ~ 7 層每層沿西側(cè)均懸挑 9. 1m,懸挑部分結(jié)構(gòu)形式為框架柱上伸出懸挑鋼梁,同時(shí)柱上設(shè)置斜拉桿拉結(jié)懸挑鋼梁遠(yuǎn)端,并在懸挑端部設(shè)置鋼柱,形成空間受力體系. 2 層樓板大面積缺失,導(dǎo)致樓板不連續(xù)和穿層柱等不規(guī)則項(xiàng). 通過(guò)PKPM 和 MIDAS 軟件,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了彈性時(shí)程分析、動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析、抗連續(xù)性倒塌分析、樓板應(yīng)力分析、樓蓋舒適度分析等. 結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)滿(mǎn)足正常使用極限狀態(tài)及承載能力極限狀態(tài)要求,支承斜拉桿的框架柱、斜拉桿和懸挑鋼梁關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件滿(mǎn)足擬定的抗震性能化目標(biāo),結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠.

Structural design of the People’s Court of Nanjing Yuhuatai District

Abstract:The People’s Court of Nanjing Yuhuatai District has a structure height of 31. 65m and a plane size of 44. 4m ×49. 4m, it’s a reinforced concrete frame structure. Each floor of the third to seventh floors is cantilevered by 9. 1m alongthe west side. The structure of the cantilevered part is that the cantilevered steel beams extend from the frame columns. Atthe same time, a cable tie rod is set on the column to tie the distal end of the cantilevered steel beam, and a steel columnis set on the cantilevered end to form a spatial force-bearing system. The slabs on the second floor are largely missing,resulting in irregularities such as slab discontinuities and through-floor columns. Through PKPM and MIDAS softwares,elastic time history analysis, dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis, anti-progressive collapse analysis, slab stressanalysis, slab comfort analysis were carried out. The results show that the structure meets the requirements of normalservice limit state and bearing capacity limit state, and the key components of frame column supporting diagonal tie rod,diagonal tie rod and cantilever steel beam meet the based-performance seismic goals, the structure is reliable and safe.
