摘要: 鋼管桁架預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土疊合板是一種新型的疊合板,為了便于推廣使用,介紹了一種設(shè)計(jì)方法。 在施工階段,疊合板是由鋼管桁架和混凝土底板構(gòu)成的預(yù)制底板,按單向板進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。 在使用階段,疊合板預(yù)應(yīng)力方向與垂直預(yù)應(yīng)力方向的剛度存在顯著差異,針對這種正交異性,提出了簡化的設(shè)計(jì)方法。 預(yù)應(yīng)力方向按單向板進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),垂直于預(yù)應(yīng)力方向按普通現(xiàn)澆混凝土雙向板進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。 詳細(xì)介紹了疊合板施工階段和使用階段計(jì)算單元與截面的選取、荷載選取與組合、內(nèi)力值及預(yù)應(yīng)力的計(jì)算、主要的驗(yàn)算內(nèi)容以及連接構(gòu)造。 最后給出了具體算例,通過理論計(jì)算對疊合板施工澆筑階段和使用階段進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和驗(yàn)算,并采用有限元模擬驗(yàn)算施工脫模階段。 該設(shè)計(jì)方法趨于保守,但思路明確,便于設(shè)計(jì)使用。

Design method for prestressed concrete laminated slab with grouted steel ̄tube trusses

Abstract: Prestressed concrete laminated slab with grouted steel ̄tube trusses is a new type of laminated slab. In order topopularize, a design method was introduced. In the construction stage, the laminated plate was a prefabricated bottomplate composed of steel pipe truss and concrete bottom plate, which was designed as a one ̄way plate. In the use stage,there was a significant difference in stiffness between the prestressed direction and the vertical prestressed direction of thelaminated plate,and in view of this orthogonality, a simplified design method was proposed. The laminated plate wasdesigned as one ̄way slab in the prestressed direction and as ordinary cast ̄in ̄place concrete two ̄way slab slab in thevertical prestressed direction. Then selection of calculation unit and section, load selection and combination, calculationof internal force and prestress, main checking contents and connection structure in the construction stage and use stagewere introduced in detail. Finally, a specific example had been given. Through theoretical calculation, the constructioncast ̄in ̄place stage and use stage of laminated slab were designed and checked, and finite element simulation was used tocheck the demoulding stage of construction. The design method tends to be conservative, but the idea is clear and easy todesign.
