某高層建筑連體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計研究

摘要: 以某高層建筑連體結(jié)構(gòu)為案例,針對其建筑總高度不高、連接體體量相對較大的特點,對連接體兩側(cè)的主體結(jié)構(gòu)進行了框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)、屈曲約束支撐框架結(jié)構(gòu)、框架結(jié)構(gòu)三種結(jié)構(gòu)體系的選型分析,并對連接體所采用的鋼桁架形式進行了優(yōu)化選型分析,最終采用了主體結(jié)構(gòu)為框架結(jié)構(gòu)、連接體鋼桁架以腹桿受拉為主的整體結(jié)構(gòu)形式. 研究了該連體結(jié)構(gòu)的自振特性、層間剛度及層間位移角的分布特征. 對該連體結(jié)構(gòu)的一些關(guān)鍵問題進行了研究,包括連接體鋼桁架上下弦樓板應(yīng)力、關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件和節(jié)點的設(shè)計、抗連續(xù)倒塌能力以及構(gòu)件性能目標和大震下結(jié)構(gòu)的變形和損傷情況. 分析結(jié)果表明,該高層連體結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)選型合理,結(jié)構(gòu)具有較好的整體性,關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件和節(jié)點的設(shè)計均能達到預(yù)設(shè)的性能目標且構(gòu)造合理,連體結(jié)構(gòu)具有較好的抗連續(xù)倒塌能力,可滿足大震不倒的性能目標要求.

Research on design of a high-rise building with connected structure

Abstract: Taking a high-rise building with connected structure as an example, according to its characteristics of low totalheight and relatively large volume of the connected body, the selection analysis of three structural systems of the mainstructure on both sides of the connected body was carried out, including frame-shear wall structure, buckling constrainedbrace frame structure and frame structure, and the optimization selection analysis of the steel truss form adopted by theconnected body was carried out, then overall structural form which the main structure is frame structure and the connectedtruss with tension web member were adopted. The self-vibrating characteristic, interlayer stiffness and interlayerdisplacement angle distribution characteristic of the connected structure were studied, and some key problems of theconnected structure were studied, including the floor stress of top and bottom chord of the connected steel truss, the designof key members and joints, the capability of the anti-progressive collapse, the performance targets of members, and thedeformation and damage of the structure under rare earthquake. The analysis results show that the structure selection of thehigh-rise connected structure is reasonable, the structure has a good integrity, the design of key members and joints canreach the prescribed performance target and have reasonable detail constructions, the connected structure has well antiprogressive collapse capability, which can meet the performance target requirement of no collapse under rare earthquake.
