某大跨環(huán)形懸掛結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)研究

摘要: 宜賓某游客接待中心主體結(jié)構(gòu)環(huán)廊外徑 111m,內(nèi)徑 87m,嚴(yán)格的外觀要求和大跨度為結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)帶來挑戰(zhàn).介紹了接待中心環(huán)廊的結(jié)構(gòu)體系選型與布置,創(chuàng)新性地采用了鋼筋混凝土筒體支承鋼箱梁懸掛的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,利用 8個(gè)筒體支承兩榀巨環(huán)形鋼箱梁懸掛. 對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中的關(guān)鍵問題進(jìn)行了分析研究,通過合理的支座選擇釋放超長閉合環(huán)梁的溫度效應(yīng),基本消除了溫度作用下巨型環(huán)梁對(duì)下部混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的影響;對(duì)巨型鋼環(huán)梁進(jìn)行彎扭設(shè)計(jì)分析,確保關(guān)鍵受力構(gòu)件安全;分析了樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu)豎向剛度的影響因素,進(jìn)行了樓蓋人行振動(dòng)舒適度驗(yàn)算,通過設(shè)置 TMD解決了樓板振動(dòng)舒適度問題. 最后介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)變形控制措施.

Research on design of a large-span ring suspension structure

Abstract: The main structure of the visitor reception center in Yibin is a ring corridor with an outer diameter of 111m andan inner diameter of 87m. The strict appearance requirements and large-span of the ring corridor bring challenges to thestructural design. Structural system selection and arrangement of the visitor reception center were introduced. It innovativelyadopts the suspended structural system of steel box beams supported by reinforced concrete core-walls. Totally 8 core-wallswere applied to support two giant steel box ring beams. The key issues in the structural design were analyzed and studied.The temperature effect of the super-long closed ring beam was released through reasonable support selection, whichbasically eliminated the influence of the giant ring beam on the lower concrete structures under the effect of temperature.The flexure-torsion design analysis of the giant steel ring beam was carried out to ensure the safety of the key structuralmembers. The influencing factors of the vertical stiffness of the floor structure were analyzed, and the pedestrian vibrationcomfort of the floor was calculated. The vibration comfort problem of the floor slab was solved by setting TMDs. Finally,structural pre-deformation control measures were introduced.
