裝配式混凝土鉸接框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系抗震性能分析?

摘要: 裝配式混凝土鉸接框架結(jié)構(gòu)是一類新型的裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)體系,其預(yù)制梁柱鉸接,屈曲約束支撐與鉸接框架構(gòu)成水平受力系統(tǒng),而豎向力由框架柱承擔(dān)。 該體系受力明確,梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造簡單,現(xiàn)場施工便捷,符合建筑工業(yè)化的發(fā)展方向。 采用 ETABS 有限元軟件對采用該結(jié)構(gòu)體系的某項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了多遇地震下的靜力彈性分析和罕遇地震作用下的動(dòng)力時(shí)程分析。 結(jié)果表明:該體系具有合適的結(jié)構(gòu)剛度,能滿足多遇地震和罕遇地震作用下規(guī)范對結(jié)構(gòu)性能指標(biāo)的要求;屈曲約束支撐作為該結(jié)構(gòu)體系的“保險(xiǎn)絲”和“第一道防線”,在罕遇地震作用下,結(jié)構(gòu)下部屈曲約束支撐滯回曲線飽滿,耗能作用明顯;剛接柱腳在罕遇地震作用下未出現(xiàn)塑性鉸,其在部分屈曲約束支撐失效的極端情況下可作為“第一道防線”的補(bǔ)充提供抗側(cè)剛度。 提出的節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)簡單,構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)便捷,現(xiàn)場施工方便,可為同類型工程的設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)和施工提供借鑒。

Seismic performance analysis of prefabricated concrete hinged frame structure

Abstract: The prefabricated concrete hinged frame structure is a new type of prefabricated concrete structure system, inwhich the prefabricated beams and columns are hinged, the buckling restraint support and the hinged frame form ahorizontal force system, while the vertical force is borne by the frame columns. The system has clear stress, simplebeam ̄colum node structure, convenient on ̄site construction, and conforms to the development direction of buildingindustrialization. The static elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and dynamic time history analysis under rareearthquake were carried out for a project adopting the structural system by using ETABS finite element software. The resultsshowed that the system has appropriate structural stiffness and can meet the requirements of structural performance indexesunder frequent earthquake and rare earthquake. Buckling restrained brace was the " fuse" of the structural system and " thefirst line of defense" , under the action of rare earthquake, the hysteretic curve of the buckling restrained brace under thestructure was full, and the energy dissipation effect was obvious;the rigid column base does not appear plastic hinge underthe action of rare earthquake, which can be used as the supplement of " the first line of defense" to provide lateral stiffnessin the extreme situation of partial buckling restrained brace failure. The proposed nodes design was simple, the componentproduction and site construction were convenient, which can provide reference for the design, production and constructionof the same type of project.
