老化 ̄荷載耦合下廢舊疊層輪胎隔震墊力學(xué)性能研究?

摘要: 為研究老化 ̄荷載耦合作用下廢舊疊層輪胎隔震墊(STP)的力學(xué)性能,選取廢舊的四季胎制作 15 組規(guī)格為180mm×180mm×69mm 的 6 層 STP,其中 3 組為對照組,其余 12 組 STP 置于老化溫度 100℃ 及荷載 5MPa 的條件下進行 77、154、231、308h 的加速老化試驗?對試件進行豎向力學(xué)性能試驗和擬靜力試驗,分析老化時間對 STP 的豎向剛度、水平等效剛度、滯回曲線、骨架曲線、屈服剛度和等效阻尼比的影響,并將廢舊輪胎隔震體系中 STP(無卡槽 STP)和新型村鎮(zhèn)墻下隔震體系中 STP(有卡槽 STP)的力學(xué)性能進行對比分析? 結(jié)果表明:STP 的豎向剛度隨老化時間的增加而增大?隨著老化時間的增加,STP 的滯回環(huán)面積均呈現(xiàn)先增加后減小的趨勢,有卡槽 STP 滯回環(huán)面積均高于無卡槽 STP 滯回環(huán)面積?有卡槽和無卡槽 STP 的等效阻尼比隨著老化時間的增加呈先減小后增大的規(guī)律?有卡槽 STP 的水平等效剛度和屈服剛度均高于無卡槽 STP,隨著老化時間的增加有卡槽 STP 的水平等效剛度和屈服剛度均高于初始值,說明老化后的有卡槽 STP 的力學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定,能明顯提高基礎(chǔ)的隔震性能?

Abstract: In order to study the mechanical properties of waste laminated tire isolation pad ( STP ) under aging ̄loadcoupling, 15 groups of 180mm×180mm×69mm 6 ̄layer STP were made from waste four ̄season tire, and 3 groups were thecontrol group. The other 12 groups STP were subjected to accelerated aging tests of 77, 154, 231,308h under the agingtemperature of 100℃ and load of 5MPa. The vertical mechanical property test and quasi ̄static test were carried out on thespecimens to analyze the effects of aging time on the vertical stiffness, horizontal equivalent stiffness, hysteresis curve,skeleton curve, yield stiffness and equivalent damping ratio of STP. The mechanical properties of STP ( STP without cardslots) in the waste tire isolation system and STP ( STP with card slots) in the new village wall isolation system werecompared and analyzed. The results show that the vertical stiffness of STP increases with aging time increasing. With theaging time increases, the area of the hysteresis loop of STP first increases and then decreases. The area of the hysteresisloop of the STP with card slots is higher than that of the STP without card slots. The equivalent damping ratio of STP withand without card slots decreases firstly and then increases with the aging time. The horizontal equivalent stiffness and yieldstiffness of STP with card slots are both higher than that of STP without card slots. With the increase of aging time, thehorizontal equivalent stiffness and yield stiffness of STP with card slots are both higher than the initial value, whichindicates that the aging STP with card slots has stable mechanical properties and can significantly improve the seismicisolation performance of foundation.
