CFG 樁復(fù)合地基在某巖溶強(qiáng)發(fā)育場地高層建筑中的應(yīng)用

摘要: 針對巖溶強(qiáng)發(fā)育場地高層建筑樁基礎(chǔ)在一定深度范圍內(nèi)的找不到完整持力層的問題,通過對該場地的工程地質(zhì)和水文地質(zhì)條件及建筑物結(jié)構(gòu)荷載進(jìn)行綜合分析,提出了采用 CFG 樁對巖溶場地進(jìn)行地基處理的思路. 詳細(xì)介紹了該項(xiàng)目的工程概況、工程地質(zhì)和水文地質(zhì)條件、巖溶發(fā)育特征及 CFG 樁復(fù)合地基處理方案,并進(jìn)行了復(fù)合地基檢測和建筑物沉降觀測. 結(jié)果表明:CFG 樁復(fù)合地基承載力特征值能達(dá)到 450kPa,滿足了設(shè)計(jì)要求;建筑物沉降觀測最后 120d 的最大沉降速率為 0. 013mm/ d,滿足規(guī)范規(guī)定的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)標(biāo)準(zhǔn). CFG 樁復(fù)合地基在巖溶強(qiáng)發(fā)育場地高層建筑中的應(yīng)用取得了較好的效果,為類似工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)提供了一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn).

Application of CFG pile composite foundation for high-rise building in a strong karst development field

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the pile foundation of high-rise building in strong karst development field to find acomplete bearing stratum within a certain depth range, the idea of using CFG pile to deal with foundation in karst field wasput forward by comprehensive analysis of the engineering geological conditions, hydrogeological conditions and buildingstructure load of the site. The engineering general situation, engineering geological conditions, hydrogeological conditions,karst development characteristics, and the treatment scheme of CFG pile composite foundation were introduced in detail,and the detection of composite foundation and the observation of building settlement were carried out. The results show thatcharacteristic value of bearing capacity of CFG pile composite foundation reaches up to 450kPa, which meets the designrequirements. The maximum settlement rate of the last 120 days observation of building settlement is 0. 013mm/ d, whichcan satisfy the stability criteria specified by the code. The application of CFG pile composite foundation for high-risebuildings in strong karst development field has achieved good results, which can provide certain experience for theconstruction of similar engineering projects.
