采用緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的新型抗拔樁受力特性研究

摘要: 介紹了一種采用緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的新型抗拔樁,對(duì)該新型抗拔樁的施工工藝進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并且通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)對(duì)比分析了無(wú)粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力抗拔樁和緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力抗拔樁的荷載變形特性、受力機(jī)理和樁身裂縫分布. 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力抗拔樁的單樁承載力比無(wú)粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力抗拔樁提高了 3. 7% ~ 26. 7%,并且其頂部位移滿足一般建筑物的抗浮要求;無(wú)粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力抗拔樁在試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中樁身整體先處于受拉狀態(tài),當(dāng)荷載大于預(yù)應(yīng)力時(shí),抗拔樁從下部樁身開(kāi)始呈現(xiàn)受壓狀態(tài),緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力抗拔樁在試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中樁身整體處于受拉狀態(tài),并且下部樁身為主要受力部位,抗拔樁受力效果較好;兩種試樁在試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中樁身未出現(xiàn)裂縫;與無(wú)粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力抗拔樁相比,緩粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力抗拔樁有更好的整體性,能夠有效防止由于鋼絞線變形導(dǎo)致抗拔樁與承臺(tái)錨固部位產(chǎn)生裂縫,保證樁頂鋼絞線與外部隔離,防止鋼絞線產(chǎn)生銹蝕.

Study on mechanical characteristics of new type of uplift pile with gently bonded prestressed reinforcement

Abstract: A new type of uplift pile with gently bonded prestressed reinforcement was introduced. The constructiontechnology of this new type of uplift pile was summarized, and the load deformation characteristics, stress mechanism, pilecrack distribution of unbonded prestress uplift pile and gently bonded prestressed uplift pile were analyzed through fieldtests. The test results show that the single pile bearing capacity of gently bonded prestressed uplift pile is 3. 7% ~ 26. 7%higher than that of unbonded prestressed uplift pile, and its top displacement meets the anti-floating requirements of generalbuildings. During the test process, the unbonded prestressed uplift pile is in a tensile state as a whole at frist. When theload is greater than the prestress, the uplift pile begins to be in a compressive state from the lower pile body. In the testprocess, the whole pile body of gently bond prestress is in the tensile state, and the lower pile body is the main bearingpart, so the froce effect of the uplift pile is better. No cracks appear in the pile body of the two kinds of test piles in the testprocess. Compared with unbonded prestress uplift pile, the gently bonded prestress uplift pile has better integrity, whichcan effectively prevent the cracks in the anchor position between the prestress uplift pile and the pile cap caused by thedeformation of the steel strands, ensure the isolation of the steel strands at the top of the pile from the outside and preventthe corrosion of the steel strands.
