摘要: 中鐵青島世界博覽城展廊平面呈十字形布置,東西向長 507m,南北向長 287m,最高點標高為 35m。 主次方向展廊屋蓋矢跨比均為 1 ∶ 1. 6,屬高矢跨比拱形。 對此屋蓋結構進行了方案比選,主要對比了純拱結構、拱桁架和索拱結構體系。 綜合考慮建造成本和建筑效果等多種因素后,本工程屋蓋方案最終采用索拱結構體系。 區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)采用三角形剛性撐桿的索拱結構,本項目創(chuàng)新性地提出了柔性撐桿的弦撐式索拱結構。 分析了結構的靜力性能和穩(wěn)定性,得到了結構在設計荷載組合下的應力和位移。 分析結果表明,構件承載力滿足規(guī)范要求,且鋼索索力在風荷載工況下未松弛;在考慮幾何非線性情況下,結構的整體穩(wěn)定性可滿足規(guī)范要求。

Structural system design of cable arch structure on exhibition gallery roof of ChinaRailway Qingdao World Expo City

Abstract: The exhibition gallery of China Railway Qingdao World Expo City is arranged in a cross shape, with a length of507m in the east ̄west direction, 287m in the north ̄south direction, and the highest elevation of 35m. The rise ̄span ratio ofthe main and secondary roof both are 1 ∶ 1. 6, which belongs to arch shape with high rise ̄span ratio. The schemecomparison of the roof structure was carried out, mainly comparing the pure arch structure, arch truss and cable archstructural system. After considering the construction cost, construction effect and other factors, the cable arch structuresystem was finally adopted as roof scheme in this project. Different from the traditional cable arch structure with trianglerigid strut, this project innovatively proposed the stringed cable arch structure with flexible strut. The static performanceand stability of the structure were analyzed, and the stress and displacement under the design load combinations wereobtained. The analysis results show that the bearing capacity of the component meets the requirements of the code, and thesteel cable force is not relaxed under wind condition;the overall stability of the structure can meet the requirements of thecode when considering the geometric nonlinearity.
